Mug Shots Pub, a St. Joseph bar that touts itself as a spot where sarcasm is always free, has faced public scrutiny after offering a Michael Brown shot special over the weekend.
The Michael Brown special six shots of Jose Cinge for $10 faced criticism on both social media and from protesters after the Mug Shots bar offered the deal Friday, WDAF-TV reports. At least one of the bar owners apologized for the deal after a photo of the specials ad surfaced on social media outlets.
Its not meant to cause any harm, he told WDAF on Saturday. I should have thought a little bit more about it before I made it a shot special.

I’ve noticed that done in articles they know would garner few opinions sympathetic to the discussion as framed by the writer. Pretty weak of them. However, fair discussion never has been a leftist hallmark.

That’s the point. He wasn’t drinking. He was on drugs.

Uhh, OK...
Is this such a serious drinking thread that my little joke was so far out of line?

Reminds me some time back in Pennsylvania after a specific event in politics the running joke was to go into a bar and ask for a “Dwyer”.
A Dwyer? you might ask ... what is that ...?
It’s a Budweiser with no head on it.

"Michael Brown shot special "That's insensitive. And pretty funny.
Those offended should make an alternate drink choice.

I remember that. He was a state senator facing serious bribery charges and blew his brains out in the middle of a press conference. The joke was that if you're in Harrisburg and your gun gets wet, stick it in the "Dwyer"
