Can't print Google maps anymore and can't figure out what is wrong. Can print any other webpage via usual means, just can't get a selected address map to print. Can someone lend assistance to the technology-challenge freeper please?

How do I get to the old view?
Searched on Google and found link. Saved it. Worked. THANKS!
Thanks, worked!
May be a flash plugin prob. Read here how to fix it:

You’re Welcome!
and now I thank YOU for how to find that link again!
Use a screen capture and do it from a word or PAINT file by pasting it.
As to the cause of the original problem, that is higher than my pay grade. But try restarting the printer and or rebooting the computer. Sometimes this corrects what ails you.
Snipping Tool in Window 7 works really well. Allows me to print just the view I want, not the extraneous stuff Maps insists on including.
Have you tried bing maps? bing.com/maps
That’s what I use. I like it.
WINDOWS? Which version?
Because of a temporary glitch, they're printing out at the DHS observation post instead.
I'd say that I'm joking but who knows...
I haven’t read the whole thread to see if you have an answer....but the simple way would be to take a screen shot of the map and print that.
As a result of your thread title, I checked and found the same with mine: I cannot print maps in Chrome.
Just use a different browser.
Internet Explorer works fine on mine.
If you’re using Chrome by default, regardless how that happened, you should still have the ‘big blue E’ icon for launching Internet Explorer manually or listed in Program Files.
I us this for my local weather maps

Might be a temporary glitch. Might be possible to save the map as a picture and paste it to a Word document - or use the snipping tool to capture the map as an image...
I am running Chrome on Win 7 and have no problems printing Google Maps.
Try the suggestions from this page. Seems the solutions worked for a number of people, but I cant guarantee them.

The map may be a background image on the web page. It views, but won’t print. On the ‘page setup’ of the print function, see if there is a check box titled ‘Print Background Colors and Images’. If there is, is it checked? Give it a try, it may or may not help.
Ah, the answer that worked well! Thanks!
