Lifetimes weirdly meta film, Grumpy Cats Worst Christmas Everwhich comes complete with Aubrey Plaza appearing onscreen to announce shes voicing the beloved Internet memeis, essentially, the story of one young girls attempt at making friends and saving a mall. Yep; it sounds about as interesting as it is to watch.
With Grumpy Cat narrating the young girls storyand popping in to drive cars and operate paintball gunsthe film focuses on a mall pet store and the two musicians who decide to steal a $1 million dog. The annoying animals and even more annoying humans pull focus from Grumpy Cats grumpy face, just to make desperate jokes that ultimately fall flat. Which makes one wonder: If this is Grumpy Cats Christmas, why arent we just watching Grumpy Cat walk around for two hours? (Which, by the way, would have been five times more entertaining than the actual film.)
Instead, Grumpy Cats face occasionally pops up in the corner of the screen to review whats happened in the movie and, ultimately, to teach us a lesson about being grumpy
all while making the viewer grumpier with each passing moment. Oh, and dont forget when Grumpy Cat stops the movie to tell you to tweet along with her. Here are the hashtags: #worstchristmasever #whyamiwatchingthis

Grumpy Cat, oh Grumpy Cat, what are they feeding you?
Tard is a cutie. So is Aubrey Plaza. The movie sucked balls big time, though.
Grumpy Cat’s 15 minutes are up?
It wasn't that good. The wife wanted to see it so we started into it only to turn it off after only minutes. And I thouhgt Elf was bad.
I had to watch an episode of “Penny Dreadful” to get the bad taste out of my mouth. :-P
BTW, “Elf” was played on heavy rotation at my dentist’s office back when I had to have a mess of work done. Talk about torture.
Yeah, way back with ‘Garfield’.
The one minute preview was awful.
I’ve never seen a preview for ANY movie that was awful. Seen lots of terrible movies, but they’ve all had good previews.

Yes, really, if you can’t cut what, sixty seconds? out of your, what, ninety minute? movie and make it good, just throw it all in the garbage can.
Has success spoiled grumpy cat?
I love Grumpy, but I wasn’t even going to watch that movie.

Don't watch it, your brain might explode.
gotta be pretty bad to suck worse than Adam Sandler’s standard formula stink bombs — little nicky comes to mind.
There’s still always Bad Santa.
“Bad Santa” was good. Very bawdy and dark, but good.
Am I the only cat lover who feels like this?
Has the cat jumped the shark?
