ANAHEIM By day, county Supervisor Shawn Nelson sees a sand crab when he drives past the new transit hub in his district. By night, he thinks disco roller rink when colorful lights illuminate the building.
I dont think this is what the taxpayers had in mind, said Nelson, who is also board chairman of the Orange County Transportation Authority.
Many local architects, however, call the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center, set to open Dec. 6., a modern marvel and the future of transportation.

I drive by all the time its a waste of money its all show and no go !!!

because they CAN.
If I were the County Supervisor, I would be more concerned about the number of illegal aliens living in Anaheim and the rest of Orange County.

Public transportation people need to be careful with their acronyms. I can already hear what this one is called.

Well on the plus side it looks only have as big as moochelles butt! My vote is it is fuggly, and my Wife and I say that every time we drive by it. That area of Anaheim has changed so much over the years, they have driven out industry to build humongous chicken coops...........er apartments, it’s all fuggly!
Right across the freeway from Angel Stadium.
I saw it from Angels Stadium when I went to a game last summer. I couldn’t really decide what it was. It looks like it could be a sports or event arena. I did not see it lit up. That probably helps. After all, lights do wonders for Las Vegas, which looks not so great during the day.

The daytime picks are fine. They gotta work on the color of the lights so it looks better at night.
