US sues NYC over Medicaid claims worth millions

U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara says the city's aim was to get paid by Medicaid as quickly and as much as possible.

So some government drone keyed in whatever codes were necessary to open up the spending spigot and shovel as much government money as possible to the city. Hey, why not? Everyone else is grabbing as much taxpayer $$$ as possible. Why should the city not get its snout as deeply in the trough as possible too?
