If their dress and demeanor says, “I’m an honest citizen who works for a living and thinks that his family and way of life is worth defending”, then I don’t care what color they are.
On the other hand, if they dress like a thug and act like one, then I would be equally suspicious of a white guy with a gun as I would a black man.
Blacks bring a lot of this on themselves by trying to appear “dangerous” in their outward appearance as part of the thug culture.

A simple analysis of the current crime to race stats will tell anyone with half a brain (libs don’t have that much) that there would — and should — be a reasonable elevation of alarm.
As soon as the majority of decent, God fearing and responsible black folks stop tolerating the crime and violence within their communities, America may have a shot at becoming a legitimately “post-racial” society.
Sadly, the left and their family destroying “welfare” system designed to keep blacks on the Democrat “plantation” will do all they can to see that that never happens.
What he means to say is, the only thing that scares liberals more than a black man walking down the street is a free black man walking down the street exercising his right to a firearm.

The 2nd Amendment deals with the need for a “militia” which is composed (Federalist Papers) of “all the people, able to bear arms”- to be neccesary for a free State.
It does not distinguish the race of this militia. So, NO is the answer, unless you are a liberal racist.
Someone should look up the NRA origins- it was started by Union generals to protect ex-slave blacks from white vigilantes— under the same kind of concepts.

I believe we form many of our conclusions based on evaluation of a large cross-section of iconic images and situations.
I’d say it would all depend upon behavior, demeanor and appearance of intent. Smug leftists in their pretty little enclaves just can’t quite envision that there are country black folks who behave the very same way as the white “gun nuts” they decry, while ignoring the destructive, fatherlessness and drug trade driven murderousness of inner city “youth” concealing all manner of weaponry in those sad sack pants they all love so, well past their sell-by date as far as fashion.
BS. It's because blacks are orders of magnitude more likely to be dangerous felons than any other race. The author points out that blacks are 6.5 times more likely to be murder victim (overwhelmingly by other blacks) conveniently leave out how many times more likely they are to be perpatrators, which is far higher 6.5 times.
