According to CDC director Tom Frieden, the ‘window of opportunity’ for stopping the spread of Ebola is closing rapidly. In July, as the virus surged across west African borders, Frieden downplayed its potential to reach U.S. shores. “It is not a potential of Ebola spreading widely in the U.S.,” claimed Frieden in a preemptive effort to prevent panic. “That is not in the cards.”
The cards, apparently, have been reshuffled, as Frieden now joins a growing chorus of concerned officials around the world. “This is not just a problem for West Africa, it’s not just a problem for Africa,” Frieden said last week. “It’s a problem for the world, and the world needs to respond.”
In the United States, hospitals are quietly preparing Ebola infection wards and procedures for what many believe is the inevitable arrival of the virus on U.S. shores.
Mathematical models performed by numerous researchers suggest that anywhere from 20,000 to 100,000 people globally could contract the virus by December of this year.

I don't know what the blog 'thinks', but I think that EBOLA is doing all this with the U.S. Army. They are trying to make it 'controllable', and it keeps proving to them that it is NOT CONTROLLABLE.

No. The intent was not to attack Africa. The intent was to use a remote location where the laws on human experimentation were lax or non-existent and where tests could be conducted without raising an alarm to the public. What's a few more cases of ebola in an area known for having cases of ebola ? There are doctors there treating the infected, and there are doctors there testing 'cures'. USAMRIID is involved. So are many other agencies from the US and other nations. You explained why USAMRIID would be involved. It's a potential bio-weapon. It needs to be studied. We need to develop contermeasures IN CASE it is used as a bio-weapon against us.
To do this, human testing must be done. If you choose to believe they (Military and government) are NOT doing these tests, fine. The facts dispute your opinion, though.

Actually, it's the other way around. I have been researching it for the past 2 months, making connections to USAMRIID and the doctors in Africa doing the 'testing'.
This blog I just found right before I posted it to you. It seemed to have a good summary of the events. I may or may not agree with it all, but it contained some INTERESTING FACTS. That is what I tried to pass on to you.

If they were doing so, how would it be any different than the current outcome ? Maybe they were only testing 'vaccines'. Still, it is odd that a new mutation appears at the same time a new cure appears (hint: the mutation appears two years ago and the vaccine was developed after).

Well, aren't you ignoring the facts if you disagree that USAMRIID had ANYTHING to do with the 'testing' that was being done or the doctors and staff that were from the US who were working down there ? Was it just vaccine testing or was it virus manipulation ? More likely it was the former, but did the former cause the latter ?
My main point is that we are dealing with something that is not totally understood, and is not completely under our control. When we subject it to 'vaccines' we may be causing it to be more effective. IF and when we experiment with a virus to make it a bio-weapon, we assume that we also can control it. Again, that has not been a successful assumption.

The fact is USAMRIID has been involved, and was even involved in ‘testing’ of the ebola virus here in the US at Reston, Virginia.
Maybe they purposely were trying to engineer a better bio-weapon, may tbey were just trying to find a way to defend against same.
Regardless, USAMRIID is the bio-weapon division of the Army, so one can hardly deny they are involved in the work on the virus.
As I stated before, USAMRIID’s intentions are not really the issue. The issue is that the virus doesn’t listen to commands or take orders from anyone. The more it is ‘experimented’ on, the better chance it has of mutating in order to survive.
