No. The intent was not to attack Africa. The intent was to use a remote location where the laws on human experimentation were lax or non-existent and where tests could be conducted without raising an alarm to the public. What's a few more cases of ebola in an area known for having cases of ebola ? There are doctors there treating the infected, and there are doctors there testing 'cures'. USAMRIID is involved. So are many other agencies from the US and other nations. You explained why USAMRIID would be involved. It's a potential bio-weapon. It needs to be studied. We need to develop contermeasures IN CASE it is used as a bio-weapon against us.
To do this, human testing must be done. If you choose to believe they (Military and government) are NOT doing these tests, fine. The facts dispute your opinion, though.

Actually, it's the other way around. I have been researching it for the past 2 months, making connections to USAMRIID and the doctors in Africa doing the 'testing'.
This blog I just found right before I posted it to you. It seemed to have a good summary of the events. I may or may not agree with it all, but it contained some INTERESTING FACTS. That is what I tried to pass on to you.
Let me ask you this.
How did it happen that a NEW MUTATION of the ebola virus magically appeared in Africa, and at the same time a company in the US, associated with USAMRIID, magically created a vaccine specifically for that new mutation of the virus ?
