I may have focused on USAMRIID, but there are other 'parties' to this mess. So, if we are trying to develop a vaccine, and we end up with failures (dead people), is that murder ?

I hope it would. If what we are doing is causing the mutation of the virus (or we are intentionally altering the virus for bio-weapons purposes) and WE CANNOT CONTROL IT, do you just want it kept 'quiet' until we all are dead ?

Once again I will ask (since you seem to be avoiding the inconvenient questions I have asked), How is it that a NEW MUTATION/FORM of the VIRUS appeared and at the same time we have a new 'vaccine' which works only on that 'mutation' ? A new vaccine developed by a company that works with USAMRIID ?
Well, do what you can to spread the message that we are murdering Africans by infecting them with Ebola as part of our American Army experiments.
