This Ebola outbreak is already known to be three times larger than previous outbreaks .
. Previously it was regionalized in rural areas .
Not so this time, and includes three West African nations and only recently reached major transport areas.
Can it be controlled ...Yes !
By quarentine , which apparently many nations and airlines refuse to do, due to economics .
