One man's quest to explain his brother's mysterious jail cell death 19 years ago has rekindled long-dormant questions about whether others were involved in the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing.
What some consider a far-flung conspiracy theory will be at the forefront during a trial set to begin Monday in Salt Lake City. The Freedom of Information Act lawsuit was brought by Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue against the FBI.
He says the agency won't release security camera videos that show a second person was with Timothy McVeigh when he parked a truck outside the Oklahoma City federal building and detonated a bomb, killing 168 people. The government claims McVeigh was alone.

There is a video called, “A Noble Lie”, http://www.anoblelie.com/
I’m not one for conspiracy theories, but OKC was a heck of a big job for one person to do totally alone.
I recall immediately after that bombing that there was another person involved in this....I am open minded on this one. My question would be what is the reason for the denial of this person?
Absolutely he is. Did you know that the other perp convicted with macveigh, had a woman, dont know if she was a girl friend or his wife, but her maiden name was also padilla.

Or was it the German guy (Andre Strassmeir?) who helped him obtain the materials and build the bomb?
I remember the news reports from ABC that morning. They said to be on the lookout for “five dark swarthy complected men, of Middle East extraction, seen fleeing the scene wearing blue running suits.”
I remember that. It was a boot, foot inside a piece of camo pants clothing. I believe tests showed it was a black woman’s leg.
Nut-job Conspiracy Theory Ping!
To get onto The Nut-job Conspiracy Theory Ping List you must threaten to report me to the Mods if I don't add you to the list...
Bingo
Why would the agency cover something up unless it involved them?
Would not surprise me at all.
Did they ever explains the extra leg that was found at the scene with camo trousers still attached? .....................
That’s right!
But there were no black women reported missing from that day..............
OR
They TOLD us that it was a black female. Doesn’t mean that it was...................
IIRC, the FBI confiscated about 21 videos from various security cameras in the area of the Murrah Building.
The contents of those videos have never been made public.
Jayna Davis, a reporter in OKC at the time, wrote a fabulous book called The Third Terrorist that proved this very point
From Wikipedia, interesting that you never see his Muslim name.
José Padilla, also known as Abdullah al-Muhajir or Muhajir Abdullah, is a United States citizen from Brooklyn, New York, who was convicted in federal court of aiding terrorists.
One of the weirdest bits to come out of that day was the fact that the sitting Governor was the one who personally found the axel of the truck that had the "VIN" on it. Yeah we all believe that one.
Me too.......
