It is so funny that today’s Bible Study on the Jerusalem thread was about DOGS, and when I searched for pictures, all the images were so incredibly CUTE! LOL!

The Wildlife Eats Most of my Flowers, but Thankfully they Spare my Marigolds and Sweet Williams and Rose Blooms.

Always Another Morning

Always another morning will come along your way,
Another opening paragraph, to start a brand-new day.
They come along like clockwork, a tic to match your track,
Always another morning, you’ll have to watch your back.

Each morning pairs with evenings, to even up your day,
Just when you think you’ve lost it, another comes your way.
But at the very start of it, you missed it as you stepped,
Arriving in the middle, from the place in which you slept.

Your birthday had a morning; you came inside the bounds,
And filled the day up with your smiles, and with your many sounds.
Then followed many life-events, and many days of sun,
All finished nicely as they went, when each day’s work was done.

And every time you went to bed, you knew it would be true,
Another morning would arrive, another gift to you.
You started counting on these things, and if your counting’s true,
You’ll find that every morning has a finish to it too.

Analysis may prove to you that things must have an end,
However far and straight your path it will come to a bend.
And where your life goes with such twists no one can comprehend.

For now we will accept the gifts with brightness that descend,
Always another morning, ‘til the count comes to its end.

I had a restful night but today was too hot to do much. It was 108 today. I had to get out long enough to do some watering. Tried to do it early but it got hot early. Praying for cooler weather next week.
