Not to defend this POC we have as a president, but every administration has quickly forgotten the veteran as soon as the war/conflict was over. Sad, but true.
Only difference, the conflict is still going on and there is little or no help from this despicable administration for disabled warriors. Once discharged, they are all but forgotten by the Veterans Administration.

About ten years ago I was talking to an old veteran at the VA Hospital here in Houston. He told me he had cancer and would die within about six months because the VA didn’t treat him in time. This has been happening for decades.
