ELYRIA, Ohio – An Ohio appeals court has upheld a judge's order that a deadbeat father can't have more kids until he pays his back child support.
In January 2013, Lorain County Probate Judge James Walther said Taylor couldn't have more children while he is on probation for five years.

I’ve seen one or two times on “Maury” where some of these losers have over 20 children by multiple women.
Look at it this way. These women don’t use protection because many of them want multiple children. They want about 3 or 4 for EITC, SNAP, bigger/better Section 8 housing, AND court orders for child support from the father. Failing actually monetary support from the father, the next step is SSI for the chilluns....

No doubt, having 12 little SSI disability checks rolling in a month allows the Babies Momma weekly hair salon visits, pedicure, manicure appointments and (voice of Bob Barker) a BRAND NEW CAR.
Some of these women claim they don’t know who fathered their child. That way they can get welfare and their boyfriend benefits too.

If it keeps going up the judicial ladder, it will never stand. To deny a citizen the right to procreate will not stand. This goes up again the 14th Amendment Equal Protection Clause. If for some strange and goofy reasoning it does survive, then the gates are opening to be able to simply castrate him and to do other things to prevent a citizen from procreating.

I agree with you, but I also think that a person’s right to procreate doesn’t make it my responsibility as a taxpayer to pay for the child. I’m referring to welfare cases more so than people behind in child support.
You need to patent that idea.
