If it keeps going up the judicial ladder, it will never stand. To deny a citizen the right to procreate will not stand. This goes up again the 14th Amendment Equal Protection Clause. If for some strange and goofy reasoning it does survive, then the gates are opening to be able to simply castrate him and to do other things to prevent a citizen from procreating.
I agree with you, but I also think that a person’s right to procreate doesn’t make it my responsibility as a taxpayer to pay for the child. I’m referring to welfare cases more so than people behind in child support.
