Deputies arrested a 28-year-old woman April 18 after dispatchers got a frantic 911 call from a man who said he was in his SUV on northbound I-95, and his girlfriend was attacking his genitalia.
His son, in the car with several other children, filmed at least part of the attack on his cell phone as deputies found the victim’s car on I-95.
Deputies followed it as dispatchers told the victim to pull off on State Road 100, and then stopped the car at a Kangaroo gas station, according to an arrest report.
Two deputies spoke separately to the man and the woman, South Carolina resident Ronnisha Evette Richardson. The man’s name is redacted in the report.
He told deputies he’d argued with Richardson about money paid for a hotel room in Orlando.
In a report, he wrote: “Ronnisha Richardson first attacked me in the hotel room in Orlando b/c I decided to return home today. I was able to pin her down until she calmed down. I proceeded to travel to SC via automobile. She had managed to get my cell phone in her possession. I tried to get it back, she attacked me and tried to pull my genitals like she has done before. She did grab my genitals and I was able to push her off. I told my son to record it.”
Deputies spoke to the son and watched the cell phone video.
A deputy wrote in the arrest report that in the video, “it is apparent that Richardson is the aggressor in the altercation and can be seen actively grabbing at (the victim’s) genitals as he frantically tries to push her back and protect himself all while parked on the side of Interstate 95.”
It was not clear from the arrest report whether the attack began before the victim pulled the car off the road and the son began filming.
After deputies watched the video, they handcuffed Richardson “for officer safety” and arrested her on charges of domestic battery.
They read her her Miranda rights, and she refused to speak to them.
Deputies booked Richardson at the Flagler County jail, and bond was set at $1,500.

I saw that picture in the dictionary next to “crazy woman”.
It got out of hand.
She needs to meet Anthony Weiner.
What type of man would even allow his girl friend to get away with (literally) busting his balls? And then have his kid film it? And then have to call 911 about it?
The wussification of men is strong with this incident.
If she’s that close, an elbow should have been sufficient.
Ya...I know there were kids in the car....some things you just don’t need to call 911 for....
Besides dialing and driving, while under attack, is more dangerous than simply stopping the attack.
A woman who pulls this (pardons the expression) deserves to be punched out, just like a man who tried it deserves a beating.
But had he used reasonable force to repel her assault, it is quite likely HE would have been the one arrested and charged with domestic violence.
As a man, the deck is always stacked against you in domestic battery cases. This man likely knew she would do this and knew he would need proof to convince the lady loving, white knight pigs that often take the womans side. They will arrest a man based off a womans word but to arrest a woman, they need proof.
Women are the aggressors in 50% of all domestic violence cases. They often employ tools and tactics like surprise to overcome their physical limitations. I see more violence against men by women on television on a daily basis. Even that stupid tv show “teen mom” had a case and MTV ended up in a bit of hot water for failing to report it. A local sheriff saw it and went after the fat k&nt that was beating and pushing her man down stairs. He was a total wimp but everyone deserves equal treatment under the law
