As long as the kids are away, teachers can play, a panel of judges said Thursday, ruling that educators shouldnt be fired for having sex with one another even in their classrooms. The Manhattan appellate judges said foreign-language teachers Alini Brito, 34, and Cindy Mauro, 38, were treated too harshly when they were dismissed for engaging in a topless classroom tryst inside Brooklyns James Madison HS in 2009.

The penalty of termination is shockingly disproportionate, said the ruling, which noted that engagement in what appeared to be consensual sexual conduct with an adult colleague is not in and of itself criminal or otherwise improper.Paging George Constanza, Mister George Costanza...

There was a time when a teacher could be fired for smoking at home or dating an eligible bachelor. The pendulum has swung the other way now and they probably can’t be fired for smoking crack or staring in porn flicks with animals.
According to liberalism, there is no God. Therefore there can be no morals as to establish them implies one morality is better than the other. Since there is no God there can’t be a superior or overarching morality. So, for right now, only the things I know are immoral are illegal. (But that is an ever changing standard and each liberal’s standard is different.)

Had either one of them been a male there would have been a very different ruling.

Had either one of them been a male there would have been a very different ruling. Unless they were both male, in which case it would have been fine.
There is no company I've ever worked for, where sex on company premises would not have been an instant firing offense.

What does it say about two people who are so compulsive, cannot control themselves, that they need to have sex in a public building where children gather?
It is the equivalent of two men masturbating in public, and then a judge says they cannot be fired for it?
The two lesbos AND the judge should be removed from civilization.
