I am done. This site has broken me. I am as staunch a conservative as you will find. After returning from Iraq, injured and upset, I turned here and found a welcoming community that shared my thoughts. I am a proud Gadsden Flag waiving man of the Tea Party movement. But because I don't think Sarah Palin is as historically important as other GOP women in the past, I am now considered an idiot, a RINO, ass-kisser and whatever negative connotation you can throw my way. This site has changed so much since that dictator want to be became President it sickens me. It's lost its sense of community and has ran off many a good person. Heck even the Tea Party seems to be distorted here.
Thanks for the tip. I didn’t do any research on the name as I usually do. My mistake. In any event I don’t like to see people leave just because their skin is a bit too thin. If s/he sticks around maybe they can get better educated on Conservative issues.

In his glossing over of the situation he made the classic PDS move of leaving out the details intentionally to give an impression that “she quit” just cuz. There are only thousands of threads with PDSers doing exactly that and tens of thousands of replies when it happens.

The fact that he said nothing about her for more than four years merely indicates that he’s not obsessed with her. I would also say that it indicates that he does not have PDS.
Considering the amount of nutty stuff that’s been posted here over the years by some people, I would hardly say that his opus was that much of an overreaction.
Because of course, we all opus whenever someone makes comments we haven’t discussed in 4 years. It’s a completely normal reaction.
I remember on a music forum once...some guy said he hated Roland Jupiter 8 synths. Considering I hadn’t mentioned one in 4 years, I took great offense and opused immediately.
Perfectly rational reaction.

Of course! Because I often find things I have totally avoided commenting for 4 years on send me into childish fits of taking my ball and going home when I havent even discussed them in 4 years. Because OBVIOUSLY when you don’t comment on something for 4 years, you’re on a razors edge of emotionalism and could snap at any given moment.
