Hi, friend. We watched the show about an hour late tonight.
There was some really great suspense with Rick going on...and Michonne is so good for Carl.
I saw a clip from next week’s show. It looks like Daryl and Beth get trapped together in the trunk of a car.

I laughed out loud when the scientist guy said "...I'm smarter than you"
Out of all the seasons and episodes, this is the only one that had a touch of humor in it........
Yeah I’ve always said the show needs humor.
Even in a harsh world there must be humor.
There were several things in this episode.
Michael Cuditz (Abraham) commented on the humor in the Talking Dead program. TD emphasized the scene of the group in the middle of the road after Mullet Guy shot up their truck. TD also mentioned the CrazyCheeze scene. #Crazycheeze started trending during this WD episode.
Recall early in the episode Carl heard laughing with Michonne. Rick commented that it was great to hear Carl laughing.
[Hearing a child sincerely laughing is one of the greatest sounds.]
It was one of the few times, so far, that Carl was able to just be a kid. The pudding scene last week was similar — it allowed Carl to act like a kid and eat all the pudding and get sick after doing so.
Rick went on to say that he was glad Michonne was there because he, Rick, couldn’t be both father and friend to Carl.
I was doing that also. At least the Waking Dead gets replayed the next week.
Boy that was uncomfortable to watch in replay more than the first time. The look in Judith's eyes was way to realistic.
Anyone besides me think that Eugene is lying? After a couple of years of everything being crazy I sure wouldn’t accept that “It’s classified” line.
This show does enjoy giving the viewers some hope and then yanking the rug out from under us!
Leaving the comic book (spoilers) out of things, what do we know about these new characters? Eugene says that he’s a scientist, but what kind of scientist? Milton said he was a scientist, but he wasn’t a very good one! LOL!
I'm glad you noticed that too......After two years of surviving in a world of zombies there's nothing out there worth being "classified".

I don't think she'll ever go back to scowling Michonne. She started to go there right after the prison fell, but she made herself stop, and she told Rick last night that she's done taking breaks. I love it. Carl can use a mother figure who isn't a complete moron.
I have to say, Michonne squirting that cheese stuff into her mouth was grosser than any zombie kills I've seen, LOL.
Yeah, sorry, not buying that, "Dr." Classified to whom, exactly? Edwin Jenner at the CDC and his brilliant wife couldn't solve the problem, and neither could the best scientists worldwide. So I seriously doubt Dr. Billy Ray Cyrus's claims. He's a bit creepy...I wonder if he shot the truck up on purpose.
As for Abraham and Rosita, I'm not feeling them so far. They come across a little too campy and comic-book-like to me. Maybe that will change.
I'm not sure about Abraham either. At first he appeared as a hardass and I'm thinking, oh boy, another "governor". But Glenn stood up to him and started walking away prior to their fight. Then when Glenn punched Abraham out and started the fight, I'm thinking we're now seeing a new evolution in Glenn.
Then when the walkers appeared, the "scientist" started shooting, the fight finally stopped and the walkers were finally killed, Glenn heads out again with the rest of the group finally following him.
It looks like Glenn has now become the leader of this new little group.
The question I have now is, is Abraham from the settlement that has posted notices about their whereabouts or is he just a traveler who is trying to recruit survivors?
His intentions are obviously good but he has a problem with managerial decisions.............

Yup. I dont buy for a second that he is a scientist or has a cure for anything. I am especially suspicious of his “its classified” BS and his deadpan expression the whole episode. I think he is just a nutjob. BTW, if you have a solution to the zombie apocalypse, would you keep it a secret or tell as many people as possible? If you die the secret dies with you. That is utter stupidity.
Hating the sudden increase in foul language.
Also-going for cheap sex shots on new female character. Want to have her parade around in a belly shirt-fine. But do we need to zoom in on her ass just because she bends over to pick something up?
Zombies and good story line were enough. Knock of the increase in foul language and obvious bendover shots.

I’ve been a scientist for 40 years, never seen one with a mullet. A few ponytails, but no mullets. BTW, how do you survive 1.5 yrs in a zombie apoc and not know how to shoot or that you have to shoot them in the head?
Works for me...........Now, just between you and me, I'm drooling over the anticipation of seeing a topless female walker......
