Dear Orly:
I have been in daily contact with Detective Lieutenant Mike Zullo from the Sheriff Joe Arpaio Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Obama Fraud Investigation – sometimes twice daily.
I’m sure you also might have heard that Lt. Zullo is preparing to release his some evidence that will truly be universe-shattering, and the knowledge we have is truly something you’re not going to be ready for.
This will absolutely, definitely change the eligibility landscape by 10,000%.
Mike has asked me to communicate with you that the new evidence – which, let me tell you, is so all-encompassingly gigantic, so incredibly huge – that we were hoping we could ask you to cooperate on one front.
Now, since we’ve all been vindicated 1,000% on the birth certificate issue, since Lt. Zullo’s forensic investigation has been so comprehensive, it’s really irrelevant compared to the new, shocking & completely emasculating evidence. The birth certificate is truly no longer of any real concern.
And we feel that way also about the Social Security Number issue.
Mike said he was slightly embarrassed but he feels as though there might be some unnecessary friction between you two, even though we all share the same goals, and that we and the posse support all the work you’ve done over the years.
But we would like to request that you stand down with regard to your ongoing court cases, which appear to have already run their course, you must admit. I cannot overstate the importance that your cooperation will bring to the disclosure of this essential information.
If so, we’d request that these court proceedings be respectfully closed by March 19, when Lt. Zullo and Sheriff Arpaio and I will make our announcement. And believe me – it’s going to be the most incredible, universe-shattering thing you’ve ever heard!
Mike said he’s confident that you’ll cooperate, as we bring to a close this horrible chapter in our fine, Christian country to a close.
Thank you in advance, Dr. Taitz. It will be a pleasure to watch Mr. Whoever-he-is be taken where he needs to be taken.

There are no doubt many persons who find ridiculous the idea of a radio preacher being a de facto "front person" and "insider" for a supposed criminal investigation agency. There are no doubt many others who know that you can't take a guy whose expertise is in handwriting analysis and get him qualified as an expert on technology issues. Have you never questioned why Zullo won't release Hayes's affidavit? It's because it will get skewered by any and everyone who understands the legal/evidentiary issues here. But Zullo no doubt gets lots of grifting mileage out of claiming to have this Hayes testimony in his pocket.
If others are saying similar things as I've posted it's because these things are self-evident and everyone sees the same problems.

IIRC, Orly is trying to compel disclosure of Reed Hayes report which was submitted in AL but is under seal. The Hayes report is also copyrighted by Zullo who personally paid for it (again, IIRC).
Zullo and Arpaio and Hayes don’t need to be wasting legal fees for court filings and appearances to prevent premature disclosure of the Hayes report when it appears, as Gallups contends, that the new “universe-shattering evidence” will render the Hayes report essentially moot.
Finding an alternate BC for Barry that can be proved-up in federal court under federal rules of evidence would make the Hayes report far less important.
Orly also has been pursuing dead-end criminal accusation against Barry in CIVIL court where no judge can impose any remedy against Barry. Only the Congress can impeach and convict Barry. That is where Arpaio’s evidence must go, not to one of Orly’s state or federal court cases IMO.
Whatever the new evidence against Barry is, it must overcome the “full faith and credit” that all federal courts must extend to the state of HI under the Constitution.
So... the birth certificate at the white hut is legitimate, and the birth narrative is as Bill Ayers, er- I mean Barry Soetoro, doh, I mean Barack Hussein Obama wrote it?

I know that Hayes as a hardcopy document handwriting expert would never get qualified to opine on the technical issues relevant to the WHLFBC. (Not that the issue will ever come up in any court.).
But you seem to avoid discussion on any of the substantive points I make.

In actuality, not by him. And not by anyone, since Zullo has made it clear he's not ever going to release or use his precious Hayes affidavit in any way whatsoever. No one has to refute 'evidence' that Zullo is too chicken to release. Zullo does the job all on his own.

The State of Hawaii affirms the information is accurate. Under our Constitution (Art. IV, Sec. 1) that means it's "legitimate" (though, obviously, a digital scan of a copy of an original -- which is what the WHLFBC purports to be -- couldn't be used formally in court, etc.)

If the 'birth narrative' (meaning those events relating to Obama's earliest years) is in any way incorrect, then it may be that events were consciously manipulated in such a way Obama himself may not be aware. (Who the heck remembers anything from before about age 4?) But until there is a competing narrative that is documented and consistent (i.e., not the current multiple alternative fathers, birthplaces, etc., that are bandied about), the Occam's Razor analysis still favors the 'official' version.
