There are no doubt many persons who find ridiculous the idea of a radio preacher being a de facto "front person" and "insider" for a supposed criminal investigation agency. There are no doubt many others who know that you can't take a guy whose expertise is in handwriting analysis and get him qualified as an expert on technology issues. Have you never questioned why Zullo won't release Hayes's affidavit? It's because it will get skewered by any and everyone who understands the legal/evidentiary issues here. But Zullo no doubt gets lots of grifting mileage out of claiming to have this Hayes testimony in his pocket.
If others are saying similar things as I've posted it's because these things are self-evident and everyone sees the same problems.
