Terry Farrell was gorgeous, even with those melanomas on her face. Best looking woman to be a series regular on any Trek show imo.

Lets see, wow what a crappy matchup. Atlanta won last week and the Texans hanged tough with NE. But I’m sick of picking the Texans and losing, JAX has 3 wins, all on the road, including in Houston and have won 3 of 4.

I say they get their first home win. JAX. Texans go 2-14 this year.

do not grow weary, my FRiends, of the tiebreaker vomit.

NFC TIEBREAKERS #1 OF MANY

DALLAS has clinced COMMON vs. PHILLY and therefore clinched the tiebreaker.

BEST PHILLY can do in DIV is to tie DAL @ 4-2
PHIL vs. DALLAS, 2 uncommon games
PHIL 2-0
DAL 1-1
PHIL is a game better in uncommon, therefore they will be a game worse in the 14 COMMON.

DET HAS clinched Tiebreaker vs CHI
due to head to head sweep

N.O. vs CAR
if teams split the 2 upcoming head2head ... likely will end with DIV tie ....
COMMON: both finish 2-0 in uncommon so COMMON will be tie.

N.O. has 2 non-conf losses (versus ONE for CAR). therefore, NO is very likely to get tiebreaker.
at 11-5, CAR likely gets tiebreaker if one of the final 3 NO losses is vs. TB (DIV game) or if CAR other loss is vs. NYJ (non-conf game).
SOV
N.O. vs CAR ... uncommon victories
CAR: NYG MN STL TB NE = 5+3.5+5+3+9=25.5
N.O.: AZ CHI BUFF DAL ATL = 7+6+4+7+3 = 27
But that advantage in CONF that N.O. holds is significant. N.O. just needs to split h2h and beat STL & TB.

“Terry Farrell was gorgeous, even with those melanomas on her face.”

Hmmm...

HOU-JAX: Talk about a dog with fleas. I agree, JAX wins.

My other picks for this week:

CIN
GB
NEW
OAK
PHI
SHTT
TAM
KC
BAL
DEN
ARZ
SD
SEA
CAR
CHI

NFC TIEBREAKERS #2 OF MANY

SF has large lead in DIV rec vs AZ. Hope for AZ?
assume SF loss to AZ and SEA (DIV loss) ... could lead to:

SF 10-6 3-3 DIV AZ 10-6 3-3 DIV

AZ would get the tiebreaker due to COMMON
AZ loss to PHIL was Uncommon loss to finish at 1-1 in Uncommon (vs 2-0 SF) and, therefore, AZ has clinched (14-game) COMMON vs SF

NFC head to head victories

AZ over CAR
CAR over SF
SEA over CAR

PHIL OVER AZ
DET over DAL
DET vs PHIL on 12/8
CHI vs PHIL on 12/22
CHI vs DAL on 12/9

DAL & PHIL have now both clinched tiebreaker with both SF & AZ (due to CONF rec [& PH h2h over AZ])

[each team has 4 non-CONF games. DAL & PHIL 1-3, SF & AZ 3 victories ... DAL & PH worse in non-CONF, better in CONF]

AFC TIEBREAKERS #1 OF MANY

BALT tiebreakers:

vs. PITT
split head—to-head
Balt can only get better DIV record in one scenario: at 8-8 if one of their wins is their final DIV game (leaving them 4-2), while PITT’s 8th loss is a DIV game (leaving them 3-3).

very unlikely. next tiebreaker is COMMON
same DIV teams have 14 common games, 2 uncommmon.
in the uncommon games, PITT is 0-2 and BALT is 1-1.
Therefore PITT has clinched common games.
(If they tie, and PITT is one-game-worse in uncommon, they are one-game-better in COMMON.)

FINAL ANALYSIS, PITT IS VERY CLOSE TO CLINCHING THE TIEBREAKER OVER BALT.

VERSUS CINCY
obvious, if BALT beats CINN in week 17 , to tie, BALT gets the tiebreaker due to head to head sweep.
if BALT lose to CINN in week 17, to create tie (very unlikely), CINN gets the tiebreaker. unless 2 of their final 3 losses are PITT and MINN. This would create a tie in DIV record and common and CONF ... and push the tiebreaker to SOV.

BALT VS. NYJ - MIAMI - TN - SD
the conf record is all important, therefore the teams with more non-conference losses have the advantage
MIAMI 3 non-conf losses
BALT 2
TENN 2
SD 1
NYJ 0

BALT BEATS MIAMI IN 2-WAY TIE DUE TO head to head, but 3-way tie goes to MIAMI (CONF REC)

BALT vs. TENN: could go to SOV
the 5 common games is currently:
BALT 3-2
TENN 2-1 with 2 to play (DEN AND HOUS)
THIS WILL BE AN INTERESTING ONE TO WATCH !!!

VS CLEVELAND (h2h is split)
CLE is 0-2 in uncommon with BALT (1-1), so CLE has COMMON GAMES. IF DIV rec ends up tie, CLE gets the tiebreaker.

BALT VS. SD
best SD can do is tie BALT for CONF rec

common games:
BALT 3-1 with 1 to go
SD 0-3 with 2 to go

therefore, BALT has clinced common and clinched the 2-way tiebreaker vs SD.

BUFF has tiebreaker over BALT
due to h2h.
although BALT would have large lead to get the 3-way tiebreaker with BALT-SD-BUFF (conf rec)

AFC TIEBREAKER #2 OF MANY
in the fight for #2 seed (and a bye) ... and
in the fight for #3 seed (and avoid DEN/KC in the wildcard round)

INDY has clinched tiebreaker over PATS (clinched CONF rec)
CINN has clinched tiebreaker over PATS (h2h)
INDY & CINN play h2h this week.

INDY vs TENN
INDY has clinched tiebreaker over TENN.
INDY has clinched a tie in DIV record
14 common games:
2 uncommon games ...
TENN is 2-0
INDY is 0-1 with 1 to play
therefore, INDY has clinced worse record in uncommon and, therefore, better record in COMMON

This happens every year but as bad as Jacksonville started, this isn’t a toilet bowl, they’d give 20 of the 32 clubs a game. Same with Tampa Bay. As I said in the other thread, I hope Tampa keep Schiano.

AFC TIEBREAKER #3 OF MANY
BUFF VS. SD tiebreaker
BUFF has 2 non-conf losses, has advantage in CONF record
common games:
miami kc jax cin
BUFF 1-2 with 2 to play (jax mia)
SD 2-2 with 1 to play (kc)
COULD go to SOV

Buff vs. MIAMI
BUFF would have the sweep h2h vs MIA if BUFF beats MIA 12/22

Buff vs. NYJ
split h2h, BUFF has DIV rec advantage.
common:
uncommon is NYJ 0-1 with Oak remaining ... BUFF is 0-1 with JAX remaining. Tiebreaker to BUFF @ 8-8.

OAKLAND WOULD be formidable @ 8-8 with an 8-4 CONF rec ... but they play KC and DEN ...

And when Dax was a dude he did the hot chicks. Didn’t Jadzia’s immediate male predecessor die while trying to get some?

Yeah, yeah, yeah, Impy-- I died! But after reaching complete jamaharon on Risa with Arandis... it was well worth the trip!

To tell the truth, for an old white dude, he wasn't bad... but he was in no way at all as good as Bendy--

Once you go Bender... you never go back!

WTH ever happened to Matt Schaub? He was a top 10-12ish QB now he can’t do much of anything on a football field.

I’d rather trot Tebow out there than any QB HOU has at this point.
