This is the quote from the 12 minute 35 second video that BPEarthWatch posted on YouTube.com:

This quote comes from the 3 minute 14 second to the 3 minute 18 seconds part of that video.
BPEarthWatch has a lot of information in this video and information that, I believe, should be discussed.
He took 200 or 300 pages of information and tried to boil it down to this video and he's talking about ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) Waves and the Earth's Resonance Frequency of 7.8 Hz or Cycles Per Second.
BPEarthWatchstates:
"Guys, that's also where Alpha Waves start for deep prayer and meditation and healing." ...

The Earth's atmosphere insulates the ground from the upper level Magnetopause.
But this frequency from the Sun can be transmitted to the Earth via Lightning.
The energy is captured in the Magnetic Lines of Force that surround Earth like a magnet.
If the Solar Energy stopped, the Magnetopause would collapsed.

7.8 Hz is the beginning of Alpha Waves. (8 to 12 cycles is Alpha to Beta)
This is the frequency of Prayer and Meditation.

I think it is the Frequency that God WILL USE to stimulate our DNA and Open our eyes.

Is it totally correct?
I don't know,
but he has a lot of research and well thought out logic on his side.

Look, God does not have to "talk to our DNA". Such physicalist explanations skirt the real issue: we have another component of our being, the spirit. Read the New Testament. It is clear there (e.g., Romans 8:16) that there is some sort of communion between God's spirit and the believers' spirit.

There is no electrical phenomenon required.

Consider this:

" Behold, the people is one,

Imagine is a word that should be considered.
I think that "contemplate" would be a better word, or "seriously thought out into every detail" might be more accurate.
But that's just what I think.

Were they "crystallized" in the fire, like a transistor?

I myself am a believer in the God Head/Trinity of the “Father, Son, Holy Spirit” as stated in the Holy Bible.

I cannot speak to Hameroff or Penrose’s beliefs, but the theory only offers a physical process that can connect our mind/consciousness/Soul to the quantum universe which I believe could very well be The “Heavens” where the biggest part of God resides.

Look at the Old Rabbi’s thought’s about the beginnings of our universe, specifically their ideas on what happened before the creation event, the great “Tzimtzum” or “Contraction”.

I also believe the ideas expressed in the “Sefirot”,

are very similar to the ideas expressed in modern string theory which has 10 to 11 dimension “or 10 to 11 emanations in the Sefirot”, depending upon who you reference.

I am not sure if the laying on of hands is required for someone to receive the “Holy Spirit” those at Pentecost do not mention the laying on of hands, and what about Paul on the road to Damascus.

In light of what Hameroff proposes, I believe the “Holy Spirit” connects to the body/mind/soul through each of the body’s cells’ “cytoskeleton”, think about the instant healings of Jesus, something had to be going on at the cellular level for these miracles to happen.

But the real action takes place inside the “Neuron’s” micro tubules that form the neuron’s cytoskeleton.

My question ~ "WHY did they need to have their hands ON them ? " ~ was meant to imply that maybe there was a physical or electrical connection.
But more tyo the point, a spiritual connection that is transmitted through touch.
But then maybe it can NOT be done without teaching, instruction and divine guidance.

Why did Peter and John lay their hands on repentant persons in Samaria following their baptism in water?

Note that EVEN THOUGH the people had been PREVIOUSLY baptized in water,
they did NOT YET have the Holy Spirit.
This plainly shows that the Holy Spirit is not given IMMEDIATELY AT OR BY water baptism
and yet SHOWS THAT BAPTISM DOES PRECEDE THE GIVING OF the Holy Spirit.

The "laying on of hands" is the key that solves this apparent enigma.
The Holy Spirit IS GIVEN to a person BY PRAYER AND THE LAYING ON OF HANDS of God’s ministry following baptism.

Notice the sequence:
first repentance;
then water baptism;
next the laying on of hands;
then the receipt of the Holy Spirit
as a result of the laying on of hands.

The receiving of God’s Spirit "immerses" or "plunges" the person into the Church (the spiritual body of Christ) and into the divine Family of God.

Then I asked " HOW does this “receiving of the Holy Ghost” (or Holy Spirit) interact with our mind and change our mind, our thinking ? "

The "HOW" would be nice to know,

BUT it really does NOT matter "HOW", just so long as we ARE changed.

I am almost certain that NO physical contact is required for the Baptism and or Filling of a Soul by the Holy Ghost.

The very definition of “Spirit/Ghost” implies they are immaterial.

I think a quick look at the scripture below shows cases where the Holy Ghost is present in the person without the laying on of hands.

Luke 1:15 KJV

For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother’s womb.

Luke 1:35 KJV

And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

And it came to pass , that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost:

The point I am trying to make is that we are all connected at the cellular level with the quantum world.
Believe me when I say that the quantum would is where the “magic/miraculous” happens.

Our connection to the quantum world is the lens that God see us through.

He even has his eye on us in the womb while we are still unseen by the unaided human eye.

We are so connected to God being made in his image so that we can comprehend the basic fundamentals of how his creation works, and the HOW should never contradict the WHY.

And the "magic/miraculous" connections we have to God, don't necessarily have to be understood in the "HOW",
but that we have these abilities and connections "through faith in God" under the promises we were given ~ is enough.

What I have found in my experience is that God has only one “Door” to (Salvation) Christ that we must enter through, but each life is a separate path leading to that “Door”.

Once through the “Door” our name is written in the Book Of Life, and nothing can separate us from the Love of God.

So God in his wisdom tailors his message/outreach to the individual. Giving them every chance to take a step towards the “Door” and once through, then the still small voice of God becomes loud and clear since the Holy Ghost received as a seal and comforter will now interpret God’s will in the individuals’ life.

As to the gifts of the Holy Spirit, they are given as God sees fit. From what I have read, the Gift of Tongues is the least of all the gifts given by the Holy Spirit, but none of the others seem to be prioritized in any specific order.

I think the “Laying On of Hands” is more or less a “Ritual” and not a requirement for receiving Salvation and the Holy Spirit. Similarly the “Water Baptism” is an outward sign of the inward change, but not the source of the actual change which has taken place in the individual due to the Holy Spirit acting in the individual’s Soul.

True speaking of tongues is demonstrated in the ability to speak a language that you have never been trained in.

John 6 covers the "Door" very clearly.
But remember, sometimes God's messenger is delayed while delivering God's message to us.
I don't know much, but I do know that God tells us in the Bible, the way to work for Him,
and I believe we should do what God says.
