Fox News host Bill OReilly told PJ Media that the American public should give President Obama a break, adding that nitpicking the president does not do the country any good.
President Obamas got three years left in office. I think hes going to try to make Obamacare work, thats his legacy. I think hell devote most of his time to that but youve got to give the guy a break. Hes under tremendous pressure every day with some new crazy thing in this world, OReilly said at the world premiere of Killing Kennedy in Washington on Monday night.

BOR gets DUMBER EVERY DAY. He is UNWATCHABLE!!
Hes not the story, hes a highly-paid performer. Why bother even posting about him, or commenting, unless you just like to vent?
Because he is a traitor..
Similar reason people watch Chris Matthews - he's psychotic.
...yet people continue to tune in...
I get tired of the nitpicking too. It’s always “Obama wasted $7T more federal spending than he brought in” or “Obama killed more Americans (SEAL in the helicopter crash, Benghazi, Fast and Furious, etc.)” or “Obama destroyed one sixth of our economy by socializing medicine” or “Obama trampled the entire Bill of Rights with special destruction for the First, Second, Fourth, Ninth, and Tenth Amendments” or “Obama abused the IRS, EPA, DOJ, and NSA to target those who love America”. I wish I could just once say something positive about Obama - and do it truthfully.
I sometimes think he is drunk. Literally.
He has many of the inconsistent and vacillating personality characteristics of the alcoholics I have had the misfortune to know in my life.
Criticizing Obongo for his speech patterns is nit picking. Criticizing Obongo for playing too much golf is nit picking.
Exposing Obongo for collaborating with Al Qaeda, for using the IRS to go after political enemies, for shipping weapons to Mexican drug cartels, for lying to the American people to get odious legislation passed.
These, and many other things, ARE NOT NIT PICKING.
No, Bill O’Reilly, in 8 years, Bush was never cut a break. What makes you think Obongo should not get the same treatment?
Is it because you think that, as a (half) black, he should be held to a lower standard?
Bill, you are an effing idiot, and that is why no one with any sense watches your program. For you to believe that he gives a rat's butt squeeze about it working acceptably or not is sophomoric. If anything, he will blame anybody but his people, or himself. Instead, he will continue to lie, dissemble and blame - all the while pushing his other signature pieces, Illegal Citizenship, unchecked debt spending, and resulting increased punitive taxes for everyone but 'his people' - the leeches in this country. Cherry picking poor taste comments from free republic and then acting like its representable of this forum on your show...
...he wouldn’t have to do much ‘cherry picking’ from this hatefest, would he...
Give him a break as he destroys our healthcare system and financially breaks the backs of American families?
I like to watch Fox News “Special Report with Bret Baer”. I would then join millions of others with a loud click to off as Smith would come on. Now the TV stays on with Greta. There is another loud click when her show ends.
The scary part is that there are still a lot of Conservatives who think Bill O’Reilly and Fox News are “Conservative”...
Leave Barak Alone!

...in order for these two sentences to logically follow each other, it requires showing BOR to hypercritical and utterly derogatory of Dubya as the sitting POTUS; and then on the other hand, going soft on Obama...we know that not to be true, Bill was measured in his commentary on Bush, as he is towards Obama...
...commentary on a POTUS is, of course, grounds for sharp political discourse...as long as that sharp discourse has a rational core of thought behind it...I find it odd that someone be pilloried simply because his commentary is not sufficiently derogatory...
Ok, one break coming up.
Guess Bill doesn’t want an IRS audit or that he has several close escourts that NSA has on him.
The point of the article is not to decide whether BOR has treated either Bush or Obama fairly. I’m sure he thinks that he has been totally fair to both of them.
It is BOR’s assertion that OTHERS have not treated Obama fairly.
I pointed out that Bush was savaged in the media for 8 long years, and that Obama has been handled with kid gloves in his 5 years.
Outside the media bubble, however, Obama’s treatment has been less friendly, and in my opinion, far more realistic given the facts that we know about what he’s done, who he’s aligned himself with, and what he believes.
BOR seems to have a problem with this disparity, seeming to prefer the MSM whitewash over the factual approach of the alternative media.
I merely asked the question as to whether BOR thinks that Obama should be treated more kindly because he’s black, and more specifically that he’s the “first black” in that particular office. That’s what “soft racism” is all about.
BOR is not being “pilloried” because of what he has said about Obama, good or bad. You can agree or disagree with his opinions as you choose.
Rather, it is his desire to impose his standards on others that is the problem here.
