I just got a call from number 203-538-0971 (guess their website still isn't working out too well) asking me to sign up for Obama's Healthcare! PO'd me so much that I had to tell them to shove Obamacare where the sun doesn't shine.
I guess they are allowed to call businesses and individuals on the NO CALL LIST!
So get ready, you are next!
Just got this one today. I pressed "1" and spoke to a live peron. I asked "how did you receive my phone number" she that they received it thru some other marketing company, I told her to take me off their list and give me the name of the marketing company. She hung up. They also told me they were a security company.

They sell health insurance and hung up on me after I asked how they got my cell phone number.

"Rob" said he was a health insurance agent, when asked his agency number he hung-up. I am on the no call list but this tells-scanmer does not care.
Caller: "National Insurance"
Call Type: Telemarketer
Received a recorded telemarketing message for health insurance from this number (203) 538-0971 on 7/24/2013 at at 2:32 PM CDT. My phone is listed on the FTC "Do Not Call" list. When I asked for a copy of their do not call policy, the perp hung up on me.
Caller: Failed to identify themselves
Call Type: Telemarketer
Well done!
This will really piss people off.
In addition to broken websites, they now are telemarketing this abomination.
NO CALL LIST

This is just another piece of feel good legislative garbage. We get about five unwanted calls a day. Ask them if they’ll hold on for a minute while you change phones, and then set the handset down. lol
Actually, it sounds like scammers are taking advantage of the situation.
203 is Connecticut, that’s where the calls originate from/
This sounds totally like a scam call.
Just saying.
I bet we’ll be seeing a whole bunch of them now.

********
That’s where Obama’s SSN came from! :)
No doubt.. Wait - They are Affordable Health Care Navigators, not scammers..

5 Obamacare Scams and How to Avoid Them
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3075045/posts
Despite the government shutdown, the doors to the Obamacare health insurance exchanges have swung open (kinda, sorta), which also means scam artists are strutting through them, looking for ways to defraud Americans eager to buy health coverage.
As Federal Trade Commission chairwoman Edith Ramirez recently said, At the FTC, we know all too well how scammers invariably try to take advantage of developments in the marketplace and new government programs. Consumer watchdogs expect the fraudsters schemes will get worse over the next four to six months.
Before I run down the scams to watch out for, a couple of words about the health insurance exchanges (sometimes called marketplaces) themselves.
Health Exchanges: Not Ready for Prime Time
Clearly a scam fishing for personal information provided by the unwary for identity theft.
Oh boy. Thanks Obama, Reid, Pelosi and the rest of the deomrats.
I just got my call in spanish, with no option for english.
This reminds me of the early Saturday Night Live Shark Skits. Someone would hear a knock on the door, “Who is it?” in a muffled obviously faked voice; “It’s the Pizza Man!”, “But I didn’t order any pizza!” subject approaches door and cracks it open “What’s going O——!” Shark quickly gobbles up subject, as cello warning dirge music plays loudly.
