Is this disinformation? If not, it's rather chilling and definitely takes the 'Affordable' out of the Affordable Care Act.

Yeah I think it is a hoax. The max per family in 2014 is $285

Here’s what’s going on...They want you to account for every dime you have. They also want access to your bank accounts. That’s why it will be mandatory to file electronically.

Not only that, the premium is 13% of his income so he can skip insurance without a penalty.

Doesn’t seem to be much of a penalty if you don’t use a Drivers License and you rent an apartment....

I thought that drivers licenses were issued and controlled by the State, not the IRS or fed gov. How can they threaten loss of a drivers license if that is the case?

A $13,000 dollar a year deductible is like having no insurance anyway.

Like most news and opinions on the matter, it was a lie. The new law is disliked by more than enough voters without the lies.

Yes Disinformation. The premium seems ok but the penalty is way too high and they can’t do liens.

Maybe it's a scam. I wouldn't be surprised if the scammers are able to break into the system or maybe some of those unlicensed health navigators are selling the info already to scammers.

Or as glitchy as the system is, maybe the crazy emails are actually being sent out by the system. I've lost faith in the government.

I've got a feeling that ObamaCare is going to be a lot worse than I ever thought.
