In my experience, "Just War" is a short-handed way of saying every single war is wrong, pacifism is the only way to go, and if attacked, your best bet is just to surrender.
Now, having said that, I will say that Syria not our fight, and I would stay out of it. But I base that on global political reality and not on any concept of "Just War" which I consider to be a stacked deck.

It is just ... treason.

There is no justification for this war. None.

So far no one is talking about a US-Syrian war. Just a US spanking.

Use of poison gas is an unjust attack, under international treaties going back to the 1920sRight, and those treaties bind nations (to the extent that nations can be bound) in their inter-national dealings.
There are no treaties, and there never will be, which confer on one nation the right to attack another SOLELY for what happens within its own borders.
Accepting this as precedent is EXTREMELY dangerous, and it is most dangerous to the only free and sovereign people on the planet.

Alexander’s Rules For War:
1. Mind your own business and don’t stick your nose in other’s affairs.
2. Exercise Restraint when Provoked.
3. If vital security interests/allies are threatened/attacked, respond with excessive force designed to halt all aggression.
4. If directly attacked, wage unrestricted warfare demanding unconditional surrender
