Search warrants say a family friend tortured and killed a mother and her 8-year old son before setting his San Diego-area home on fire and fleeing with the woman's 16-year-old daughter.
The warrants unsealed Wednesday say James Lee DiMaggio and Hannah Anderson exchanged about 13 calls before Hannah was picked up from cheerleading practice on Aug. 4.
Both phones were turned off, and the home burned several hours later.

Actually, I regretted having even posted on this thread about 5 posts ago. I just thought the evil teenage girl conspiracy theory was silly.
I am hopeful that LE has not left this case. They are not pursuing her.
They are allowing her to explain her actions.
You know something. Teenaged girls/boys are very naive and young. Sometimes they do stupid things.
If she did nothing, she should not be bothered. It will go away. But if she is guilty, she herself will reveal her guilt.
Hopefully, she is innocent.
And she needs a mother right now.

Actually, she stated that she did not know of their deaths until after her rescue. She also claimed that the house was rigged to explode/burn several hours after the kidnapping. Not to mention, Monday she had her nails done........who does that or is able to do that upon finding out her mother and brother were viciously murdered? An accomplice maybe?

trayvon copied many of his texts to a second storage location. when original texts deleted, AFTER.his death , the defense was able to retrieve it from second location.
My BS meter went to the right when that spokesman came out and assured the public that Hannah was an innocent victim. Been here on FR long enough to know how nubile hotties are always not guilty.
In the meantime, the cultural ADHD (--Oh Look! A Butterfly!--) of Americans plays right into the entire media paradigm, making the concealment and obfustication of issues of far more global and national import possible.
Throw in a dash of "social media" and people are completely distracted from the very things which have macro influence on their world, while they concentrate on minutiae.
The noose is definitely tightening. Check the fingerprints on the crowbar.

Oh, FR is mild. I've read really hateful, vile comments on other sites, especially YouTube, following the posting of stories about other incidents.

So the dog is shot in the head in the garage and she didn’t hear the shot???
And her mother and brother are whacked over the head with a crowbar and covered with a tarp but she says they were tied up. She has the location right — in the garage.

Agreed. Something is REALLY wrong with this whole thing. She didn’t act right before she was kidnapped and still isn’t. She either left with him voluntarily, or something else is askew about her mom and brother. I have no reason to say that other than my intuition tells me that.
posted my worries about this on a much earlier thread, and got called all sorts of names by fellow Freepers, so won’t pull my head out out of the turtle shell again.
Hope she is as innocent as the wind blown rural snow, but still worried about this “story”. Praying that the truth will eventually be told, so we can stop speculating, but not counting on it.
I’m attacked all the time about this subject.
I thought Freepers were supposed to be vigilant and smart. Guess not.
I take heart that law enforcement appears to still be investigating. I hope she is innocent, if not, she must pay the price.
We’ll see.
