Earlier today while discussing why the Federal Government would want to pursue a "duty to retreat" in self defense cases a fellow FReeper responded: Stop, Drop, and Cower.

This gave me the idea for this handy brochure illustrating how to behave in an encounter with a government agent and is written from a low-level, bureaucratic-peon's viewpoint.

Good start. Consider changing government “agent is always right” to something along the line of “always trumps your rights.”

He was in country when the earthquake hit and getting him out was a real chore.

If the Holder-box is shaded, then yes.
For the time being, anyway. I'm going to consider input people have given, namely:

1. possibly toning down the last panel (COWER), and
2. re-wording so that the text does not overflow past the drop-caps.

Hm, don't you think it would be a little bare w/o some background image/watermark? (There's really very little on the graphic-intensity scale, which is good… but I'm concerned that w/o something it'd be a bit bare.)

Otherwise, I think it’s brilliant.
