Earlier today while discussing why the Federal Government would want to pursue a "duty to retreat" in self defense cases a fellow FReeper responded: Stop, Drop, and Cower.
This gave me the idea for this handy brochure illustrating how to behave in an encounter with a government agent and is written from a low-level, bureaucratic-peon's viewpoint.
Okay, I would add a cartoon man stopping on the stop panel, dropping in the drop panel and curling into a fetal position in the cower panel.
I’d also put these three panels on the same side of the paper.

I heard those very same words in 1969 during a conversation with some fellow soldiers who were black. They told me that while they were in the Army they would have my back, but once we got back to the “world”, all that would change and it would be open season on me as a white boy...
I was originally hoping to do that, but I couldn't find a series that were stylistically similar which I actually liked. If I had some skill in drawing I'd do it in the Stop, Drop, Roll
sort of style. :(

That was one of the options for layout, I went with the more traditional one where the 4th panel (Cower) would be hidden by the cover flap. I think to do it your way I'd have to shuffle things around quite a bit and it would be non-standard reading order. More to consider.

I saw the same thing. The older NCO’s weren’t down with that crap but the younger blacks arrived with a real chip on their shoulder and a lot of hostility toward ‘the man’ (read whites).
They were 15% of my strength and 95% of my disciplinary problems.
I have to admit, I became something of a racist after 14 months in the ‘Nam.

It is, I think, a little less over-the-top… which I have mixed feelings about.

Amen! Whites are now what the Jews were in the 1930’s-45 Germany. The Federal Government’s Department of Justice is working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to deprive you of the legal ability and means to defend the lives of yourself and your family. They also working equally hard to deprive you of the protection of the law. Once these goals are accomplished, they will then unleash their mobs to kill you and take your possessions. Just as happened in Germany. Think this won’t happen? So did the Jews. I know. I know we got guns. This is what the Travon shit is all about. Think they give a damn if some Black hoodlum got killed? No, not any more than they did with al the others, but with this case, we can use it to advance their agenda and may implement it[their agenda]. Better wake up!
