What If George Zimmerman is Found Not Guilty?

I cite this bit of history because I keep hearing the question “If Zimmerman is acquitted of killing Trayvon Martin, will there be race riots?” Like the southerners of old, whites, Hispanics and others today are concerned about black violence.

I got take out at Steak and Shake last week. Young Afram handed me a bag. I smiled and asked, “Guacamole Burger? Thanks man!” He stared at me with dead eyes. There were rays of hate emanating from him. I wanted to reach across the counter and play the “Knockout Game” on him! The hatred was palpable! As I’m outgoing, and friendly to everyone, he really pissed me off. I chat with checkout people, etc., just trying to get them to smile. That was against the HOA, and IIRC it was a settlement. Plenty more pockets to pick.

IMO, it won’t just be the St Skittles crew who sue civilly. IANAL, so I have no idea if GZ has a case against the Alphabets, but I sure hope he does. In any case, I suspect that any judgements he wins, book deals, etc, will go to pay his lawyers.

I think “riots” is the wrong word. There will be many many crimes committed by the criminally minded element of black society using any verdict on the Zimmerman case as an excuse/enabler. These crimes will be fueled and enabled by modern social media tools. The criminally minded segment of the black population will commit these crimes en masse when and where they feel there is enough safety in numbers to overwhelm whatever elements of society (Police, residents, store owners, etc.) are trying to keep law and order. Of course, the Democratically controlled high crime urban city centers will be the hardest hit, as these areas have policies in place to limit how residents can protect themselves.

The Extortion of the owners of the property where the Event occurred was an out-of-Court Settlement becaue the Owners didn't want to go to some Circus Trial/Litigation Lotto event, and made the business decision to just pay the Demands.

Without that Settlement, baby "Crayon's" parents could not have afforded the Lawyers they will need to go Suing anyone with Deep Pockets that they can, AFTER the Zimmerman Circus is over.

I'm surprised that a father is even in the picture, as the vast majority of black babies have no fathers in the home at all, or even idendified.

Considering baby Crayon's lifetime earning potential can easily be determined by EBT, Welfare, Food Stamps, Medicaid, etc. saving to Taxpayers, he would be a "Net Zero or less lifetime earning potential" for purposes of figuring the cost of a Wrongful Death. OTOH, the Prosecution costs should be assigned to the dumbass woman who caved to the Black Race-Baiters howling, and brought un-substantiated Charges against Zimmerman in the first place.

As far as Riots go, those who will riot should have all their Government Benefits confiscated to pay for any damages.....you can't take it out of their Income; they have none but Taxpayers as a source of income, anyway.

Please clear something up for me. As I understand it, the only Charge against GZ is Second Degree Murder.

Now, if that is the case, what would prevent the AG from filing a Manslaughter Charge against him forcing another Trial if GZ is found Not Guilty of Second Degree Murder?

The judge can instruct the jury to consider lesser charges. This may or may not happen.

After witnessing the Prosecution case, my best bet is that the Judge will instruct the Jury on deliberating Littering Charges.
