I cite this bit of history because I keep hearing the question “If Zimmerman is acquitted of killing Trayvon Martin, will there be race riots?” Like the southerners of old, whites, Hispanics and others today are concerned about black violence.

Reports I get from friends on the ground in Sanford tell me the Sanford PD has a cordon near the courthouse for “legit protests”, and they’re being highly closed-mouthed about the possibility of riots (meaning they have NO plan to stop them, and will let the city burn).
Miami-Dade has already publicly stated there WILL be a town meeting on July 9th to highlight all planned activities related to the trial.
Add this to the Twitter feeds, the Facebook hate pages, the fact that neither Jessie nor Fat Albert have shown up since the opening gun (they never get their hands dirty), and the flash mob threat - yes, Folks, the cities will burn.

Read something about that yesterday off of Drudge. Looks like the wheels are already turning for the civil suit. Too bad for the st. trayvon bunch because in the civil trial nothing is off the table as far as what a punk he really was. Besides which, at this point, GZ has nothing. If they rule in favor of st. trayvon it’ll be a long time if they ever even see anything if at all. But the lawyers will be smilin’ all the way to the bank.
Except for the fact that most "urban" big cities now have black po-lice chiefs and mayors.

If he’s in the Miami area, he better have eyes in the back of his head as well. Even during “normal” times, Miami has places that some folks just “shouldn’t” go. I wish him and his son well. (These days, how can anyone “normally” live in London? LOL! I lived there in the early ‘60’s and it was great then. At least for teenaged Americans.)

We have concealed carry in nearly every state, and almost a million people who are considered LEOs.
Why do we still have the knockout game, or flashmobs? (A flashmob is a spontaneously mini-riot now facilitated by Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, something not available in 1992. The world has gotten smaller, and the ability to organize and execute a “raid” with very little notice makes it particularly hard to deter, displace or combat.)
I have worked in dangerous black neighborhoods nearly all my adult life. They don’t care if other people are armed, they don’t care if the police are armed. You are dealing with young men that know they have no real future and many of them considered themselves already dead. You are dealing with a demographic that has been brought up to hate whitey for generations. Those are the most dangerous people to deal with.
Don’t be fooled. They have access to firearms, just not in the number and caliber that folks in the outlying counties do. There are small scale weapons caches all over urban areas, and the absolute worst place to have a fight is in a city.
But if riots go full scale, remember there are plenty of police stations and pawn shops that will provide plenty of firepower, as well as a few national guard armories still located in the urban morass.
Is that the mom who essentially abandoned St. Tray at age 2 yr.?

Hopefully the folks that have acquired firearms won’t be standing there with real expensive clubs. In other words, find some ammo. Looks like the prices are starting to come down finally but some ammo is still hard to find but getting better.
There have already been mini race riots. And nothing happens to the savages run wild.
If you own a store in the savage part of town, get out.
Funny thing: Zimmerman is more black than Johnny Depp is American Indian (and you couldn’t get away from that latter tidbit this past week).
