The magnetic north pole has moved 161 miles in 6 months only, this puts its arrival in Siberia in less that 2 years, and it is when it arrives there that it will have migrated 40 degrees across the northern hemisphere at this point the poles will shift at high speed over the equator until it reaches 40 degrees south, i will tell you what i expect to happen when it goes past the 40 degrees point in the coming uploads...

If the poles flip will electric motors start running backward? Will this cause the earth to flip so California would be on the east coast and week would Saturday Friday Thursday ... Sunday? Then time would run backward and we would need to worry about Y2k again? Would I start getting younger?

It was caused by global warming/cooling climate change.
Even the Earth is switching its orientation.
A few will, if you believe "When the Sky Fell" which postulates that Atlantis is Antarctica. It used to be in more temperate climes until the earth's crust slid some degrees and put it in the polar zone about 13,000 years ago.
If the place ever did exist, this is the most plausible theory so far, and maybe this wandering North Pole is an early warning.

Knowing the poles do shift, I wonder if this report is accurate. And what the affect on global weather patterns will be?

There are magnetic pole shifts and planet shits where the axis of rotation points change locations.
When I was a kid, I was fascinated by the book Pole Shift by John White and all the Edgar Cayce books I could find.
The second pole shift version, where the north and south axis points our planet spins about change, is the one Cayce spoke of and what John White writes about. Immanuel Velikovsky is another.
For fun, I've been studying prophecy and predictions and, curiously enough, that sort of pole shift, where the stars suddenly blur into trailing streaks of light and about 2/3rds of the humans on the planet and most everything else are wiped out, is a common current (last 100 or so years) prediction/prophecy, for whatever that may be worth.
One good shot with a 16 ounce ball peen hammer should just about do it, be sure to be facing north when ya do it :)

IF the poles shift if is likely that the earths magnetic field will blink off for some period of time. This exposes the earth to significantly increased solar radiation that can fry electronics and scorch human skin. There’s not a lot of research supporting a view of how long it will take to reestablish the protective magnetic field. It could be years
Evil right winger...do you deny that fracking caused a pressure relief that directly led to this accelerating pole shift? It is quite obvious and a consensus building, that this contributes to climate change and it is the direct result of man.
