With the possible exceptions of the Prosecutors in the Duke Lacrosse and Zimmerman cases, officers of the court tend not to bring a case without evidence to support the charges. Given the money that Obama spent, it’s not surprising that the evidence can’t be found. Doesn’t mean that he has committed multiple offenses, but it does mean that he will probably get away with it, certainly has so far.

I did not hear any specific promises..... I heard only that the investigation continues. They have uncovered new evidence. There are now some VIPs involved.... (with standing) but they must proceed carefully as they only have one shot to do this right.
Please enlighten us as to what promises they have not kept?

We have already shown that the law has been broken. The document presented on an official government website is forged. That should be sufficient for a court to allow discovery. Only then we can answer the obvious question as to why he broke the law.
ie.... If we know a bank is robbed, it matters little why the bank robber needed the money. THE FORGED DOCUMENT PRESENTED ON AN OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT WEBSITE IS ENOUGH TO PROCEED... get it?

Had you heard that the registrar stamp was imported and rotated before.
I knew it was imported, but I had not heard that they could track the edit process and show that it was rotated.
You must have been convinced of the forgery long ago, right? (based on how well you keep up with all of Zullo’s presentations)
I have no doubt that it’s a forgery, the question has always been how to do something about it.
My thoughts on this have always been:
BHO has something or many things in his past that he wants to hide from the American people (probably not his place of birth)
He has spent millions destroying evidence and putting up smoke screens
This has been very effective thanks in large measure to the press
The birther crowd has been incredibly ham fisted and wrong footed mostly by chasing every hair brained scenario that has popped up along the way. They now have little credibility
Nothing is likely to happen because it’s to no one’s political advantage to do so. All of the politicians and all of the judges won’t touch this with a ten foot pole
My personal theory is that the underlying issue has to do with a reinstatement of citizenship upon BHO’s return from Indonesia, his draft status, SSAN, and college admission. I believe that he manipulated all of these events to his own advantage and came to realize that the truth and the timelines would be politically damaging.
If all of this were to be put on the table and the truth revealed, this would rank below Benghazi, IRS, and Press snooping on a scale of events most likely to destroy BHO’s political effectiveness and continuance in office. That said, it would still be nice for the truth to be told. Don’t know if the posse is going to get there or not, we’ll see.

I can relate...dodging all the hatred of FR I will admit to a previous life of being a cop....all of us who had gone to Advanced Accident Reconstruction school had formed an Accident Investigation Unit with the blessings of the Chief...designed to investigate accidents resulting in death or major property damage.
It was all the rage in the 80's...every department across the country was doing it.
We all sat down, spent days coming up with our initial unit name: Fatal Accident Reconstruction Team. We loved it...and went with it for about two weeks until some rookie in the hallway asked, "Hey, you FART team guys going to be taking over my accident cases?"
We dropped the FATAL and TEAM after that and went with Squad...Accident Reconstruction Squad just smelled better.

You accuse me of making conclusions... What conclusions? There are none!!! That’s the problem! AND furthermore, I do not seek your approval. I only know that an obvious crime of forgery is being ignored..... So the question is WHY would you not join the fight for justice rather than aliening yourself with the enemies of freedom? Why are you insulting those citizens who are willing to sacrifice their life, their reputations and their sacred honer in the fight for our constitutional republic....
