So a question for you....
What if someone born with an XY chromosome set who has CAIS and develops as a female (a lot of times these people don’t find out they are XY (you would call them male by your definition) until puberty) they find out when they don’t menstrate when they are in their teens, and then decides when they are 20 that they want to become a Male so their appearence matches their chromosomes. Even though testosterone will do nothign to little to develop them as a male because of the whole androgen insensitivity thing.

I would say that what is wrong is how crude discourse has become in our culture. Both men and women could be described as being “courageous”; there is no need for rude terms. So sick of the way vulgarity is rampant in the speech of even otherwise decent people.

In this case I say male. They are making the best of what God gave them. A transgender is changing the choice God has already made.
This scenario is entirely different than that of the political pushers.
But if they stay female then does that make them transgender by the choice of inaction, what if they are in a third world country and never find out they are XY, what then...
I understand you meant to say "Have fun . . . ". I do find it interesting that you selected a disorder which is so rare as to exist in 5e-5% of the population to 1.010101e-5% of the population. In other words, this condition is so rare that science cannot even predict the percentage of the population in which it occurs. As for causes? Science can tell for what reason this deformity occurs, but is unable to explain why. There are all types of environmental factors which could contribute, all of which have NOTHING to do with God's design.

Maybe instead of plopping these people with gender confusion in a shrink’s couch they should draw some blood and send some to a lab.
I hate to think that maybe 10% of the ~1% of people with gender identity disorder, may have a genetic issue instead and instead are having to deal with a shrink who put them through all the mental crap and mental tourture that a “creep” has to go through when their issue is not insanity but a bona fide genetic issue.
Those are the real victims of this and they are being overlooked because crazy people are being catered to.
I know this because a relative of mine has a child with a simular genetic issue and they have had to deal with the current system and it is driving the parent nuts because they have to take their child to a “support group” full of crazy people as “part of the tratement” due to insurance and government meddling in this.

I never made a suggestion for those with GID being sent to a psychiatrist.
I must disagree, though, that XX isn't always female, and XY isn't always male. Their may be a genetic mutation that goes along with an XX or XY birth which biologically changes the equation, but, in that situation you no longer have an XX or XY individual.
Without a genetic mutation, an XX is female, and an XY is male. That is true 100% of the time.
Bummer, this is such a rare disorder that at that point I don’t care. There comes a time when you just cannot accommodate every one (and shouldn’t).
