When I was a kid I had a cat who taught himself to use the toilet, but he never had the good manners to flush, or wipe off his paws afterwards.

Girl. No way a boy dog could manage that urination configuration.
Of course, she HAD to put the seat down for herself. I just don’t know why they don’t have a lid. It’s the lid I want down - too many things can fall in there.

My inlaws had a fuzzy black tomcat who taught himself to use the john. First time I actually saw it we’d been spending a few days with them and I wandered into the bathroom in the middle of the night...he just looked at me like “What, I was in here first!” and calmly finished his business.
No, he didn’t flush.
