Cats may not be able to flush a toilet, unless it is some electronic switch, but they have always known to use a liter box, even as kittens.

I’ve seen many films of cats using the actual toilet.

I had a baby squirrel for a while and he too learned to use a litter box

cleaner than cats actually
and more loyal too
