It's been a rough end to what started out as a record-breaking season for openly gay characters on the small screen.

LOL - "Bumper sticker of the year" material.
I mean, if one doesn't care about basic things like a paint job, tires and an intact windshield. The mentally ill left tend to act out on their multiple disfunctionalities...
Can’t happen too soon. Broadcast TV, Comedies, Game Shows, Variety Shows, Food Shows and on and on......
We just can’t watch network TV anymore and much cable either.
Guess the powers that be finally realized the gay community makes up about 2-5% of the population and even adding the tolerant crowd it’s probably less than 20%.
We did the same w/ 'Bones'.
I used to enjoy that show, then several seasons ago the first couple episodes involved Angelia having a gay affair. Changed channels and never went back.
Most of our TV is Cops, Justice Files, etc. very few network shows.
I can't think of a single light, gay (in the original sense) show on TV that doesn't involve Gays (in the present sense).
Maybe they all band together in a single show — the premise for their dramedy can be, a bunch of dykes and queens who all work at JC Penney and are worried about layoffs. Thanks murron.
I poster this several years ago. My favorite review of the movie from somewhere online was;
If you see only one movie in your life about a killer bulldozer, make it Killdozer.
My movie theater once a week on Saturday and Sunday morning has a classic movie that they show. Last week, they showed “Meet me in St. Louis” which my wife and I attended. This weekend it is “Mommy Dearest” which I can’t stand that movie so we did not go. My wife isn’t crazy about the movie either so I was ok to bulk at going. If she REALLY REALLY wanted to see it, I would have suffered through it....especially Mother’s Day weekend....lol.
Whole thing is great for their diversity angle and they don’t even see it. It proves that gays are just like us because they don’t want to see this crap either.
Still always wondered how they were able to fudge pack the numbers on the gay agenda as shows people would want to see. They would have had to get almost 100% of the crowd you mentioned watching those shows just to get fair ratings. Doesn’t anyone in TV know how to read financials and ratings anymore? Most of those shows should have been gone after a couple of episodes, half a season tops even with the gay agenda secret sauce.
POINT 0 0 3 ~ or .o3%, not 3.0% ~ they are miniscule.
Why do I want/need to know someones sexual proclivities?
Would I say or infer that I like the missionary position?
“Hi, I’m Vinnie. I like the missionary position”. “Nice to meet you”
That’s right. I know gay people. Have 2 relatives within family that are gay. What they do is their business and they don’t push their views on us in any way. If you did not ‘know’ they were gay you would not know they were gay when they are around.
I’m thinking the media hype about four gay football players about to come out is pure bs... designed to flush one guy out.
See, Paul Lynde.
Who, by the way, provided the voice-over of "The Hooded Claw" who was the villain in The Perils of Penelope Pitstop...
Cheers!
Cheers!
NBC is dying news and entertainment. Don’t care if they do well or not. But some network should piuck up Camelot and Boss, both good shows cancelled on cable.
Reportedly Boss was making Chicago look bad. LOL!~
Who would dare try to make a movie to compete with killdozer?
Even Steven King had to wait till he was famous to try a version of it with, what was it, Christine?
I am all for getting the queer characters off of TV, but I just discovered a more pressing problem: We need to prevent the woman who wrote that article from ever writing again. That is worst written piece of garbage I have read in a while. Someone needs to fire her butt and worry about the queers later.
So called gay characters would never make the light of holywood if they ever portrayed what male homosexual behavior really entails: coprophagia, pederasty, sex in filthy public restrooms, disease vectoring, drugs, and so it goes for being “gay.” Homos should be monitored, not married.
Just think what would happen to news ratings if all of the homosexual activist anchors stepped out of the closet.
“Don’t ask, don’t tell” is only considered bad policy in the military. Queers in the media know they are more effective at swaying public opinion if they think it is coming from a neutral/heterosexual opinion maker.
