These type of posts are one of the best features of this site. We obtain a realistic snapshot of the price of a vital commodity in various parts of the nation. I haven't checked our gas price in Los Angeles County(North)will do so and post.
Given that most of the creatures that populate our government are natural liars and govern of, by and for the lie it might be wise to start a thread devoted to prices of various well defined standard items: i.e. an agreed hamburger, rent for a 1200 square foot apartment; 1/2 gallon milk; gas per gallon etc. etc.

You might be surprised, depending on where you are. I make the drive from Louisiana to my folks place in PA at least once a year and have my trip planned so I can buy corn-free gas the whole way.

It was $3.69 on Thursday in Rome, New York. Now that the weekend is here, I’m sure it’s higher.

Just last week released new guesstimate saying 3 times
more oil than originally thought in the Bakken formation
of the Dakotas.
Oil jumped up several dollars a barrel this week

My closest vendor is almost a full tank away, which would kinda defeat the purpose.
I truly HATE the communist pukes destroying our country (and vehicles) by edict.
Thanks for the link tho, Joe ..

"Notice CT, MA, RI. Heh." That's 'cause the pilgrims made the mistake of letting the indians teach them to plant corn. Now they're cursed with ethanol forever.

here in Somerset County, PA. where we are remembered for Flight #93 on 09/11/01....gas was $3.49.9 yesterday but then picked up a local paper and saw where the state plans on a 20 cent gallon fuel tax but won't say where they plan to spend it!!!! just like Washington D.C. they are all crooks.

$3.15 round here in NE Alabama. I buy gas on the national guard base, old Fort McClellan. I paid 2.92 there a week ago. Probably down a little more now.

We rarely eat out anymore. You are correct. We have found prices in all types of food places are going up, up, up. We just buy at the store and do it at home.

$1.22 per litre in Toronto recently. x 3.785 litres per US gallon equals $4.61. Canadian dollar slightly below par of the US dollar so around $4.50 US per US gallon.
