Two Peeping Toms crashed through a movie theater restroom ceiling as they got their kicks spying on unsuspecting women, police said.
Eduard Petrovich Kovynev, 26, and Eduard Alexander Kovynev, 27, fell to the floor Sunday evening at Venture Value Cinema in Duluth, Ga.

The pair is accused of climbing up into the men's restroom ceiling, crawling above the women's bathroom and watching their victims go about their business.
But the ceiling gave away and the two were left humiliated after they ended up in the stalls.

My guess is ethnic Russian--Eduard does not sound like a Muslim name, and Petrovich would mean "son of Pyotr" (Peter).
They could be first cousins, if the first Eduard is the son of a Pyotr...the other one may be the son of an Alexander, but instead of using Alexandrovich, shortened the middle name to Alexander.

For years, my favorite answer for morons who insist of using terms like “chairperson” or “spokesperson” has been, “Then why don’t we say ‘woperson’ instead of ‘woman’?”
The suffix “-man” means “person”.
