The Alabama Democrat Party just submitted a completely different birth certificate than the one that was posted at the White House website in 2011.
Larry Klayman, the plaintiff’s counsel submitted the forgery of Barack Hussein Obama’s birth certificate that was posted to whitehouse.gov on 4-27-2001 (seen below). Fogbow/Jack Ryan obot group produced another bogus one. Still a third birth certificate has been submitted by Alabama Democrats to the Supreme Court.
Remember, this court is being presided over by Chief Justice Roy Moore, who supported Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, when he believed Obama to be a usurper and denied following orders to deploy to Iraq until Obama proved his eligibility as part of keeping his oath (ironically Lakin was not supported by Mr. Oathkeeper Stewart Rhodes). Another justice on the court by the name of Tom Parker will also hear the case. He has stated in a previous case:
“McInnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the “short form” and the “long form” birth certificates of President Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public.”
While the Alabama Democrats attacked the merits of the appeal, calling the evidence by McInnish “inadmissible and not worthy of belief,” they also stated “A county sheriff from Arizona is not an ‘official source’ of anything in Alabama.”
But what stands out in their brief is something very new, Barack Hussein Obama’s long form birth certificate that has a different backing, something never before seen. It’s on page 33 in the document below.

The courts have a widget for that, called the "de facto officer doctrine." Nothing would be undone.
The people ought to boot the entirety of Congress out on its ear, for failing to discuss the ramifications of dual citizenship at birth, and noting that dual citizenship at birth can be synonymous with "natural born citizen" of the US. The reason the conversation didn't happen is that Congress is uncomfortable with that conversation, Congress knows that some fraction of the public would not agree with a finding that a dual citizen by birth and natural born citizen are the same thing, so it just flat out ignored the point.

Question! How would Obama’s appointment of SC justices play against the USA Senate approval i.e. advice and consent?

The De Facto Officer Doctrine does apply to judicial rulings and verdicts from a judge appointed by a usurper unless there is an objection lodged pre-trial.
The Congress and the Court will not interfere with the people’s right to elect a usurper as their leader and Commander-in-Chief. But, an individual can object to adverse action taken against them for following or adhereing to a law signed by a usurper if they make their objection known before trial.
Obama supporters may not object to the Affordable Care and Protection Act signed by Obama. But those who do object, can opt out by objecting when adverse action is taken against them.
Elections have consquences. But, you can opt out if the leader is a usurper.
Multiple images that look the same but with different attributes, actually give weight to verity of the COLB and the fact that there is a real "mother" document. If so, where is it?
As for the layers, what's missing is the voice of the expert. Or maybe the voice is there, but it's lost in the noise. This would take deep technical knowledge and experience. For example, I have deep knowledge of one of the Office applications, and know things about it that are difficult to explain to casual users. With this background, to me the layers in themselves aren't evidence of anything. In fact, if 2 of the images have massively different layers, it would seem to be that they were scanned by different devices or used different applications. If only one layer is different, that would seem to be an electronic modification. A lot of the excitement may be from people who don't understand how scanning works. Since I don't know, and have the voice of someone who really does, I have to without judgment.
Of course, with so much related to BO being a lie and hot air, there's a real tendency to expect everything is that way. There's so much in his background that disqualifies him, but the liberals and blacks want him. People have stopped praying enough and BO is the consequence of a largely backslidden nation.

Given the current diseased nature of our court system, I am certain they will uphold everything he did as legal. They have a Judicial principle which is called the "De Facto Officer" principle (if I remember correctly) which basically means that any act performed by an illegitimate "officer" remains in force because it was presumed at the time he was legitimate.
