Why don't my posts appear right away all of a sudden? Is this something new?

At the link it said "Rome". I'm always amazed how Europeans like some of American country music. The songs that tell a story have popularity.
But for buffalo hot wings, don't dial 911. Phone the order in straight to the fire dept.
I met the curly-haired guy, seen here seated in the middle of the picture. On the show, he played the cook, who was often having the dinner burnt due to them being called out on emergencies. Calls would come in, and often it would be when he was putting dinner in the oven, or just coming out of the oven, and he'd put it back in but forget to turn the oven off, etc. He was a decent guy. At the time, he traveling around with Dan Haggerty. They stopped in a saloon I happened to be at (West Coast) and had a few beers. Then a few more. Somebody brought a horse into the bar that night, and we took turns riding the thing. Evening ended late, best as I can recall.

Ok, just curious, you have a creative imagination, I was wondering what the point was, not that there has to be a point, but language is fluid and seemed a little off the rails.

There are no rails, and no spoons either. Wrong kind of thread. Serious stuff went that-a-way, early on. Call it thread title abuse. It's traditional. Becomes undead sometimes. At that point, not only are there no rails, but no ground. Unless somebody wants to pull off to the side and chit-chat about whatever. Then it's back to the races.
