I’m afraid your right - this is the new normal. Friend just sold his home, had a good offer with a buyer that was putting 20% down but getting an FHA loan. FHA appraisal, which includes foreclosures as comp’s, forced the negotiated sales price down 6%. They are purposely keeping the market from working - holding home prices down and a recovery in that market from happening. Amazing.
Well, yes. Quite silly.....unless one thinks that this is as good as it will get. In that case, I’d vote yes.

Make no mistake: This is a far lefty newspaper!! They take perverse pleasure in printing up front page with full color photos illegal alien sob stories to disperse throughout LA.
The Daily News is on life support, shrunk down to a few pages per day. The LA Times is up for sale and I rarely if ever see it on anyone’s driveway any longer — when I was growing up EVERYONE got the LA Times.

I take great pleasure in giving these polls to dynachrome to post — I check the next day after a post here and Daily News polls that normally average about 90-150 votes have 250-500+ so I know it’s the FReepers doing it.
