The prosecution has no case. They will not find enough Black Racists in Seminole to convict. Having been a juror in a few cases in this County....few blacks are in Seminole jury pools

O'Mara also admitted in his motion that the prosecution is in compliance with the law, so I don't find the ruling surprising.
I have been worried from beginning that George was going to get railroaded.
I am impressed with Mark O as a lawyer, I think he can do well in trial, however the jury selection process is probably were the case will be decided.

I think we need the separate trial just for the extra chance.

Yes it should not have anything top do with the case, but this is thje real world, they look at him as they buy into the prosecution lies, meanwhile are side has to remind that he was a much smaller man when this took place

You all need to understand how this game is played, the Judge knows the prosecution is corrupt, he also knows that Zimmerman is absolutely innocent of the charges, but if He does not put on a good show for the Racists in the community, they will Burn the City down, so the objective becomes quite simply, make enough reversible errors or enough intentional mistakes to force a Hung Jury and should they actually be stupid enough to convict, the Verdict will be immediately overturned on appeal. This is done every day in American courts. The last time they did this in a high profile case was OJ, but they went too far and they found him not guilty. They will not make that mistake again. It will be up to the Appeals court to fix this. Saving Face and appeasing the Racist Community is all that matters. By Racist I mean BLACK PEOPLE, who are the most RACIST people I have ever encountered.
