Watching the recap—I still think Kree was much better than they let on. But Angie was the best of the night.
Thanks for this perspective and the recaps. On a trip where we don’t have TV access to show, and spotty internet ( cruise ship) , so thread is main way of keeping up when connection is good.
Getting the feeling the push for eliminating Kree is getting stronger from judges and Jimmy I.
A shame if it happens but not unusual due to fickle nature of judges and voters.

It’s a stretch to add this to “one hit wonders”....I didn't understand a couple of these choices. I guess it depends on which version of a song was a one hit wonder. But Kree sang Percy Sledge's version of "Pale", but neither Sledge or Procol Harum are one hit wonders. Unless someone else recorded the song ...
Maybe I'm putting too much thought into this, lol.

Or forced cheerfulness (Angie). I agree that Kree seemed the most at ease around these kids, and the crying mom.
Having lost both parents early in life I think she genuinely cares about those suffering hardship.

FYI...For all those convinced that we will have a week a non-eliminations..maybe due to a contrived problem with the phone lines ( They did that once before) be advised that's not correct.
There WILL be an elimination tonight, just not of one of the contestants..They're gonna announce that Nicki or Mariah is quitting the show...and Paula is coming back...

Idol Has a Contingency Plan So even though the season will end one week earlier than usual, they still have to pull this stunt so the season will end on schedule? Why not just have a Top 11 or 12 like they do every other year?
