Survivor: Caramoan — Fans vs. Favorites is the 26th season of Survivor. It begins February 13, 2013 on CBS at 8/7c with a special two hour episode.
As with last season, this season takes place in Caramoan, Camarines Sur, Philippines.

Thanks — So they have by now finished filming next Fall’s Blood in the Water Survivor and after last night’s Finale they were heading out for the filming of the 2014 Spring Survivor.
It’s small wonder that everyone looks so much older and seemingly more distant from the events of the season. It’s like ancient history by the time it aires.
“He already used it — he had his first jury presentation and won it. And I think it was one of the best and most honest jury presentations that I have heard.”
He really did nail it. All that time he spent researching and writing about Survivor paid off big time. I was pulling for him because he was playing the game as good or better than anyone who’s ever played. That said, I hope success doesn’t go to his head and he becomes another typical arrogant Harvard assclown.

Dawn’s decision to vote out Brenda is going to haunt her for awhile.
Brenda said that her game plan was to take Eric and Dawn to the final three. That means that if Dawn had voted out Eddie instead of Brenda, then Dawn would have been the power broker in the final decisionmaking. Then none of this negativity about Dawn would have come out, and most importantly we would not have a picture of Dawn without her teeth on the internet.
It’s got to be disconcerting when a BYU professor has to shut down her Facebook and Twitter because of ugly comments due to a Survivor episode. And even in last night’s show Dawn still didn’t get it.
That being said I think Cochran will rank up there with the best of the winners for among other things having to carry this nutcase to the final three without her self destruction or turning on him.
I hope he publishes his Survivor thesis.

The contestants will be paired with a brother or a sister.
I am watching the FTC now.. (torrented download), so I haven't seen the reults and haven't read any recent posts yet, will do after I watch the reunion.. But..

I was thinking that if (final 3):
Eddie - 1: Eddie, 2: Cochran, and 3: Sherrie
Dawn - 1: Cochran, 2: Sherrie, and 3: Dawn
BUT (since Dawn made it), from the looks so far, 1: Cochran, 2: Dawn, 3: Sherrie... maybe a complete blow-out 100% for Cochran...
(Really hoping they dig into Dawn.. hardcore..)
Malcom: Soft on Dawn (too soft and shouldn't have given advice :p), but his question to Cochran was good, and I was impressed with Cochran's response..
Eddie: WOW, didn't expect that much from him, was really surprised (and wondered if he had been coached, much higher level than I expected from him!)
Loved when he asked about Sherrie getting carried and her response made the jury laugh :D
To Dawn... THIS is was I was waiting for! (She is still totally clueless, much like Sherrie)
Another point for Cochran's response (he is getting a sense of humour ;))
Philip: Lol.. he had to pull the 'Stealth R Us' ... :p but was well played (for a change ;) (loved Malcolm's laughing :))

To Cochran.... I think the most sensible thing Philip has said, ever, on Survivor..
Erik: Another surprise (from another that I underestimated to being too simple-minded).. Impressed me with his passion..
To Dawn... Wow, just wow... exactly the way I felt in-game (between him, Brenda and Dawn).. and, I think totally heartfelt.. (hurt to see the hurt in Brenda's eyes :/)
To Sherrie... Another WoW... dang, this kid IS smarter than I gave him credit for, and well played.. ("I'd like to enlighten you a little-bit" ..... I think she lost any votes she MAY have had after that one..)
Michael: ...
But, I believe Cochran is right, she has it wrong that Cochran wouldn't be there without her, she may have helped, but she was nothing major, besides being a mouthy, whiny backstabber..
(smirk from Michael looks like he achieved his intended result)

To Dawn... Brought up a reason that was subliminal... her fake personality (YES... she just said it herself.. PHONY!)
BTW, took a screen cap of the Jury Reaction of, "Church of Mormon" (no offence intended to Mormons here, but was worth taking a cap)... (he did seem on verge of tears while walking back)

Brenda: The one I have been waiting on (BTW, Malcolm was my pick.. but Brenda was the second...)
Cochran.. hmm, was a little strange in the beginning, but in the end, he seemed sincere and honest..
Dawn: WOW!! Brenda played this one well.. want to say more, but hard to describe.. And, I am glad Dawn realized it was a losing battle to argue and humiliated herself to win (still hope she doesn't)...
(Personally, I think she handled it well... I am sure she wanted to express more..)
(to any FReepers here with dentures, this was not meant as being offensive.. I may soon be there soon, toothpaste here in Japan is worthless :/)
Overall, I saw Sherrie wiping away a tear..
I think it will be Cochran, Dawn, Sherrie..
I did not mean to offend anyone, and apologies if I did offend.. also, I know that the outcome 'favorites' aren't always what we agree on..
Will now watch Reunion to see which of the 3, that I didn't even like, win :)

Similarly, I’m guessing one tribe will be pairs of relatives, and the other tribe will be pairs of friends.

Brandon makes threats and gets physical. He can’t be in civilized company. I wouldn’t have let him on the show. I thought Philip was by far the better man, and really respected his demeanor when Brandon took the cap off of his rage and Jeff was massaging him deeply off to the side.

How about this: the contestants that they bring back are friends of each other and each of them also has a relative that they are paired with [atleast to start].
At what point do you sell out a friend for a relative or vice versa.
Spoilers were VERY accurate this time. I knew Cochran won weeks ago when I snooped to see when Shamar got the boot because I could not stand him. They posted the boot order and the final three and the reasons why Cochran was going to win.
Brandon QUIT. On The Biggest Loser if ANY idiot quits they are not eligible for the at home prize and will NOT be allowed at the finale show. I would think they felt the same about Brandon.
