With beer cans open one hole, then hold the hole with a finger. Flip the can upside down and poke another hole. “Shotgun!”

We have been renting beer for 11,500 years.
Had we chosen the "rent to own" option, we'd really be in great shape at this point.

My favorite song lyrics:
In heaven there is no beer
That’s why we drink it here
And when we are gone from here
Our friends will be drinking all the beer.
Want me to start on “100 bottles of beer on the wall...”?
I didn’t think so.

What about the “young earthers”?
I guess they weren’t old enough to drink.

This explains so much, if that moron that discovered beer could have made vegetable soup, we would have progressed a lot further, been smarter, healthier, not to mention skinnier.. Fewer ugly people too, the last woman in a restaurant after a bowl of vegetable soup doesn’t look any better at closing.. jus sayin.. :)

But, Chef Carlo, if there were no ugliness, there would be no beauty. ;)

Thanks Renfield. This explains some of the hangovers, oh, and November 2012. Just adding to the catalog, not sending a general distribution.
To all -- please ping me to other topics which are appropriate for the GGG list. |

Many, many years ago, in Organic Chemistry, the text was
Morrison and Boyd. The one quote I remember to this day is as follows:
"The manufacture of soap is one of the oldest of chemical syntheses. (It is not nearly so old as the manufacture of alcohol; apparently, man's desire for cleanliness is much newer than his desire for drunkenness.)"
