I took what I thought was a small clip of my wife with our grandson ... 1:17 long (apparently high res 88.5 MB)

I use Comcast (shaddap .. it's all I can get w/high speed out here), and when I tried to send the clip to relatives, it was refused by comcast because it exceeded their 10MB allowed.

I went looking around and I don't know what the best and user friendly (est) site is, so I ask the most knowledgeable and intelligent people on the planet ...

What's a good site I can use or create a page or something?

I do not, will not use facebook, messenger etc.

Appreciate any help.

Thanx

Photobucket and/or Youtube for videos.

Never had a problem with either.

Free and easy.

I assume you want a no registration required one. So:

tinypic
photobucket
imageshack
allyoucanupload

Just 4 that come to mind that offer hosting and/or storage.

Try YouTube or LiveLeak for vids...

Tinypic hasn’t given me many problems for political pics.. most others have deleted political pics they didn’t agree with..

Www.dropbox.com is a great site for sharing large files. I have used it for a while for sharing many types of files.

Comcast offers free Snapfish. Is that what you tried to post it too? Didn’t know there was a limit.

Digital cameras tend to produce massively large videos and pix.

Dump them from your camera to your computer and resize them.

There are numerous (many free) video and pix resizing programs.

I know you said Free, but if you are wanting a site to share pics, video, and news with relatives in a non-public forum(briefly had a facebook acct. but closed it...no thanks), you can check out myfamily.com.
It costs $30/year. We have used it for both of our families and relatives for 12 years now and like it. It will convert large pics to viewable size for viewing on the site. No fuss, no muss. Also has calenders, news sharing, etc.
