Yay!!!! Just got my computer back, woohooo!! Been without it since the whore of babylon sandy took me out.
FR on an i phone (my sister made me do it and paid for it as my b-day present) just isn't the same!
I am still absolutely in despair regarding this election. At least now I can talk to my "peeps"...or "FReeps" in my normal fashion.

The damage storms bring to people’s lives is always a shocker. Storms are reported in a news cycle and Americans get the impression that the damage only lasts a news cycle. Recovery is so hard for way too long.
It’s going to take a long time for you guys to feel all normal again. But it will happen. Locals are going to have to fight off New York’s watermelons (agenda 21ers), leftists and unions, but you can do it.
Thanks for your response. I’ve seen and experienced a lot of what you are seeing/experiencing with various hurricanes that have impacted our area along the SE Texas Gulf Coast. I worked for an electric utility and it takes time to get things back in place and some sort of normalacy established. Sometimes people are uprooted and displaced for a long time before they get things back into shape. I’m glad you are making it as good as you are and being with a group/neighbors helps a lot.
Clean up of the area will take sometime. It may be spring before all the debris gets totally removed. But with spring comes the new growth and things will look much better for all of you, I hope.
