ABC has cancelled Last Resort and 666 Park Avenue. Both shows will not be receiving orders for additional episodes beyond their first thirteen.
Despite a lot of critical support for Last Resort, it struggled on Thursday nights on ABC. 666 Park Avenue meanwhile was the clear ratings weak link on ABCs Sunday night lineup. Variety reports that both shows will at least air all thirteen episodes.

Waiting for the day when they cancel GMA.
M-F morning worship of the wun will never be cancelled.
It became Lost. Yesterday's episode I turned off when King and Grace started going at it on the beach. Won't be back. They have spent literally five seconds in six episodes on the implications of a American tyrant's nuclear strike on another country. Gotta explore those island politics.
You’re being too kind. Last Resort sucked from the 3rd episode on, and for some unknown reason I am unable to delete it from my DVR. It stares at me every time I check my recorded shows and pisses me off every time. Good riddance.
As for Last Resort, why they don't kill that stupid drug boss is a mystery to me. Probably so he can KEEP causing them problems. I figured it would be cancelled. The premise didn't lend to having too many seasons anyway. 666 Park Avenue was slow at times, but I did like Terry O'quinn in it.
I have at least heard of “Last Resort”... never watched it, never even heard of the other one.
I saw an ad for “Beauty and the Beast” and thought it might be good. I tried to watch the first episode and it was all at night and you could barely see anything. I hate that look.
I almost dozed off and turned the channel about half way through.
Arrow, another new CW show, is good. Have you tried that one?
I have seen ads for “Arrow” but have never actually seen the show.
I saw the first episode of last resort and a few episodes of 666 Park Avenue. I didn’t like last resort and by the 4th episode I didn’t like 666 Park Avenue.
I did however like “strike back” (British) and Continuum (Canadian). Some of those British and Canadian TV series put U.S TV to shame.
Fringe and Castle are my current favorites, but I’m losing interest in Castle. Fringe will be coming to an end.
Homeland I find riveting, Elementary is fair, just above Person of Interest.
666 Park ave started intriguing but without the backstory it is at times confusing. I was giving it a few more episodes before I stopped dvring it.
I don’t mean to make ya’ll laugh but I’d prefer they bring back reruns of Gunsmoke, Bonanza, The Rifleman, Kung Fu etc etc
If Democrats are willing to cheat to win elections, why haven’t the advertisers figured out that the ratings could be manipulated? I think advertisers should probably be paying 25% of what they’re paying for commercials on the broadcast networks.
No surprise. Neither program was getting very high viewer numbers.
I do hope they bring Last Resort to a conclusion. Too many other programs have ended without resolution/conclusion.
666 never seemed to be going anywhere. Every episode seemed to introduce new mysteries and eerieness without bringing much resolution to earlier mysteries.
The first episode of Last Resort was damned good. Then it decided to be Lost. Even used the same sets, I’d wager.
We aren’t laughing.
Those old shows were head and shoulders above anything out today. There might be a few exceptions but overall that is it.
666 is the mark of the beast in the book of Revelations. Was 666 Park a subtle reference to Satan?
